Start your day with coffee on the breezy front porch, then lounge by the heated saltwater pool surrounded by banana palms. In the evening, grill in the tropical backyard, cozy up by the fire, or stroll to beach bars, open-air restaurants, and ice cream shoppes. The Space:
The entrance to the house is up a level of stairs, with a midway landing that leads to the covered front porch. Inside is an open concept living room/kitchen /dining space. The master bedroom has a King, second bedroom has a queen, third bedroom has 2 full beds. There is a pull out sofa in living. There are 2 bathrooms, one is shared. The backyard has a large covered patio lanai area next to the heated pool with plenty of seating for both dining and separate lounging, and shade all day. We have covered parking for 2 cars plus 2 more uncovered.
Guest Access:
The entire property except locked owners closet, attic and storage closet(parking level).
The Neighborhood:
6 minute Walk to the beach, Times Square, restaurants and bars. Avoid the high season car traffic with our walk to everything location.. by sidewalk! We are located in the North End area near the Diamondhead Resort, a great happy hour spot. WE have peeks of the bay from the front porch.
Getting Around:
You can walk anywhere including the beach, Margaritaville, or Times Square. You can also hop on the free open air tram on Estero Blvd to go to/from town.
Other Things to Note:
The free Fort Myers Beach open air Tram can be accessed near the end of our street during operating hours. The Tram can take you to town with shopping, restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops.
