Estero Beach and Tennis Club is a highly sought after condo complex located near the south end of Fort Myers Beach. Here you can walk for miles on our silky sand beach, swim in warm tropical gulf waters, enjoy gorgeous sunsets, play tennis on professional courts or simply relax by the heated pool. Plus, this unit is dog friendly!
Long Term Rental Options:

EB&Tennis #802C 'The Lighthouse' is a lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with beautiful views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features a king bed, a full kitchen with nice appliances such as the new fridge with ice maker, and a spacious bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. Maximum occupancy of 3 guests. Coin-operated laundry rooms are located on the ground level. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of beach towels you can take to the ocean!

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to Hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers.
This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.
Please note during peak season months (mid December to mid April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday only with a one week minimum. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Dog-Friendly details: This unit is pet-friendly for small dogs only (max up to 40 lbs), at least 1 year or older, with a 2 pet limit. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
Consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
