Island Reef 203: Beach Front, Heated Pool, South End Location

Beachfront, cozy, clean, and comfortable condo located on the second floor of the Island Reef Condominium Association, situated on the coveted south end of Fort Myers Beach! Enjoy direct beach access—walk straight from the property onto the sand and out to the Gulf. Start your mornings with coffee and beach views, then unwind in the evenings with sunset drinks overlooking the Gulf from the oversized, fully screened, and comfortably furnished lanai.

The main living and dining area is open, bright, and inviting, with sliding doors that lead directly to the lanai and offer stunning views of the beach and Gulf. The living room features new leather furniture, including a couch and recliners, along with a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, and a brand-new in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay.

The condo features a split-bedroom layout, with one bedroom located on each side of the living and dining area. Each bedroom offers private lanai access with Gulf views and is designed in an owner’s suite style. Both bedrooms are spacious, feature king-size beds, in-room Smart TVs, large closets, and direct access to a private bathroom. We provide quality towels, linens, and toiletries for your comfort!

Beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and a beach buggy are provided for easy beach days. Island Reef’s outdoor amenities are brand new and include a newly renovated pool and pool deck with sunning area, shuffleboard courts, and an outdoor grilling area. The complex also offers a fully renovated ground-floor community room with a full kitchen.

Island Reef’s south-end location provides convenient access to shopping, dining, pharmacies, and groceries. You’re just five minutes from Lovers Key State Park, with easy access to Bonita Springs and Naples to the south.

This condo is available for mid-term rentals of at least 30 days. Stays of 14 days or more may be approved if all dates fall within the same calendar month. If you are unable to book your preferred dates through VRBO or Airbnb, please send us a message—we typically respond within the hour and are happy to help you secure your reservation.

Important Note: Once your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, you must also complete an Island Reef Condominium Association rental form. This form will be provided within 48 hours of booking and must be completed and returned no less than 35 days prior to arrival, as required by the association.

Island Reef 203 is locally and professionally managed by Coast & Range to ensure the utmost care and personal service is provided to all of our guests. We can communicate through the VRBO messaging system or via phone/text following a confirmed reservation - we’ll take your lead!
Once your reservation is confirmed through VRBO, you MUST also electronically complete an Island Reef Condominium Association Rental form, and acknowledge receipt of Association Rules and Regulations. This form will be provided to you within 72 hours of booking - it is an association requirement and must be submitted no less than 35 days prior to your arrival.
