It also has direct access to the lanai, where the washer and dryer are neatly tucked away in a closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and a smart TV, with a full guest bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Two luxury twin-size memory foam rollaway beds are available, bringing maximum occupancy to six guests. Starter essentials, linens, and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Amenities include a community pool just steps from your building, deeded beach access within a short walk, a private fishing pier, pickleball and tennis courts, a putting green, bocce ball, and scenic walking paths. A designated lot parking pass is included for closer beach access when available, plus an extra-wide assigned under-building parking space, guest parking, and public transit nearby. Secure, air-conditioned ground-level entry adds convenience and comfort, with a luggage cart available for easy unloading.
