This house is a waterfront estate completely remodeled for peace and relaxation. We completely renovated this home in 2016. The house is always immaculate. This home has a completely open floor plan with stunning new windows & waterfront views for your vacationing pleasure.

The paradise villa offers the real comforts of home for 10 to 12 people. It has (3) Master Bedroom Suites with King Size Beds/Full Baths. The (4)th bedroom has two sets of Bunk Beds (Full size beds on the bottom & Twin Beds on the top) Full Bath and Walk-in closets.

You will perfectly feel at ease thanks to a big opened living space with plenty of seating and a new 70" TV. A completely remodeled contemporary kitchen with modern appliances and (2) refrigerators/ice makers for your entertaining pleasure, big dining room (table of 8 people) and massive island with additional seating for (4).

Everything is made to take advantage of the stunning Florida climate in an atmosphere of tropical gardens, large palm trees in its luxuriant vegetation with its water view. The patio, a big space welcomes you , with a beautiful large heated swimming pool and (5) chaise lounges with a massive umbrella to keep you protected from the Sun. A new outdoor BBQ is ready for your entertaining and outdoor dining pleasure.

Very clean. All of the rooms are huge. We loved being on the water so the boys could fish. Very close to stores when needed things. The kitchen is fully stocked that we were able to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. We even used the grill one night.

We had a great time at this VRBO. Location was wonderful and the home was gorgeous. We had a wonderful family vacation! Pool and hot tub were great. However, the only note I would like to point out is that none of the outdoor furniture matches the pictures on VRBO. That should be updated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was beautiful and in a great location. It was the most well stocked Vrbo that I have ever been to. The only thing I wish I was different was that it had window coverings on the front and back of the house. Regardless, we felt very safe. The property manager was very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The owner even met us on-site to walk through house & ensure we had everything we needed for our stay! The rooms are spacious and the open kitchen format was a fun spot to gather around! The environment was peaceful & the kids had a blast fishing along the backyard waterway! We will be back!! Amazing all together ! Me my wife 3 kids and my parents stayed here for the holidays , clean place , all functioning , amazing views of the canal that we fished in also , heated pool and hut tub all working as they should ! My family and I spent a week at your beautiful home. We were in awe of how spacious and accommodating the home was. We didn't feel on top of each other and the amenities were wonderful. The property manager was very communicative and accommodating when we needed her. The home was a short distance from the beach, Walmart and Publix. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Lighthouse Point. The house was super clean and perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool!!! Communication with the property manager was very good and the house was well appointed with everything that we needed. House is within close driving distance of both Deerfield and Pampano Beach and there were numerous grocery stores nearby. We would definitely rent this house again!!! This is not the first time we have stayed at this property, and it won’t be the last. Well equipped, spacious, and clean. My daughters love the pool and being on the water is great for paddle boarding or kayaking. We had kayaks and paddle boards delivered by Misty of supmistyc.com who I highly recommend. Communication is always fast and easy with property manager or owner. Highly recommend this property!

overall really nice place accommodated 7 adults 3 children and a dog . Had all the ammentities for cooking ect outdoor living area with pool and jacuzzi was pretty much why we rented the place which was beautiful you have the intercostal which was nice for my grandsons who fished and caught their share and made awesome memories collette’s manager jaime was super helpful and very responsive !!! The only thing that was missing was a fishing boat or jet skis i could only imagine the liability having that !! Thanks for everything

My siblings and I just stayed at this property and had a great time. The house had plenty of room for 3 families- each with two kids. The kitchen is stocked with the basics you need, plenty of bathrooms and closet space made the trip very easy and comfortable. The backyard is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and spa everyday. The only thing was it was a little unclear at first the timing of heating the pool and spa, and when to communicate that with the owner, but once we figured it out, it all worked out well. We had one small issue at the house that Jaime (property manager) and Collette addressed right away. Both were easy to communicate with and gave quick responses! Overall, we were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property.

The house was very clean and well appointed. Collette and her house manager could not have been more friendly, and were extremely easy to work with. My group was made up of grandparents through a toddler and everyone had what they needed to be comfortable and engaged during our 4 night stay. The house is very quiet, and about a 2 minute walk from a SUPER GREAT PLAYGROUND, as well as very close to Publix etc. Notably the weather was gray and rainy for our ENTIRE trip - thankfully the house was so comfy and pleasant we ::barely:: noticed :)

When you first walk into the house the open floor plan is awesome. Plenty of space for all. The main floor master walls out to the pool and the room is huge. The second bedroom on the main floor has its own bathroom. The only feedback I’d give here is that bedroom didn’t have a ceiling fan, the host put a small portable fan to help. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could use and two refrigerators for plenty of food space. The outside was well kept, pool floaties umbrellas and plenty of seating. Truly enough space for all. The house is about 10 minute drive from the beach with lots of restaurants. We loved the start and the memories that were made.

We rented this home for a bachelorette weekend. When we got there the kitchen refrigerator was broken, and smelled HORRIBLE and was leaking all over the kitchen floor. The microwave in the kitchen was broken and the speaker system was broken. None of this was communicated to us prior to our arrival. There was also lizard feces all around the pool (making it difficult to walk/enjoy the pool), and the pool guy came and didn't bother to clean any of it up. GROSS! Overall, the pictures of the house do not depict how it actually looks in person.
