Noisy young people woke me up in middle of night. No manager on site. This is an old motel. The manager had the office locked at 7:30 pm when I arrived and people had to phone him so we could check in. He took a $5 deposit and was not on site when I checked out at 9:45 am. It was worth the loss of $5 to get out of there. Suitable only for drunken Spring Breakers.

We stayed for four nights. We appreciated the full size refrigerator and microwave. The beds were comfortable, lots of hot water, but had to ask several times for additional towels, washcloths, bath tissue, and toiletries. There is no one on site overnight for security or for after hours needs. In several cases, there was no one in the office during stated office hours. The manager and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful when they were present. Do not expect to have easy access to the beach. The beach area across from the hotel has mostly private entrances for the large hotels across the street. We ended up going through the Tiki Bar located next to the beach and inside a large hotel. The pool area was clean but kept locked until the manager arrives, which is a problem if you have young children who want to go swimming before 10:00. The decorative planters outside the rooms have mostly dead dry plants outside the rooms. It was an ok stay but you get what you pay for.

Great stay! The Manager was extremely accomodating and friendly. The pool was very clean. Pool chsirs could be replaced - very sun worn and uncomfortable. Our room locstion wasnt great as it was right next to some loud equipment, but the room was clean and very well appointed. Loved the updates. Convenient location also. Nice and close to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Be prepared that this is a very low budget hotel. It really doesn’t look like the picture. The beach is about three blocks up a busy road. The property is pretty run down, however the staff was very nice. The pool looks nice.

Oliver was absolutely awesome. I knew that I was staying at an older hotel and it is an older location. But the beach is a three minute walk away, the price is super affordable, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s exactly what I was hoping it would be. If you are looking for super Lux, this is not the place to stay. But if you want comfortable, clean rooms and a friendly staff with a nice pool that’s close to the beach. It’s great!

Rooms need a TON of work! Front desk staff was friendly. Room was cleaned as best as possible but it was quiet old and dirty and stained sheets, horribly thin and small towels , musty room, leaky fridge, tv not working, etc etc

Bed had stains. Website photos did not depict a realistic representation of the room. Front desk representatives were not available consistently during daytime hours. Parking was difficult to find and the spots were very narrow making it difficult to get in and out of your car.

After calling about 20-25 times prior to arrival I was unable to reach the hotel. Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk and We were handed a key for the room from a random man- he did not even ask who we were. We entered the room to find it was nothing like pictured or described. It was dirty, the air conditioner was covered in what appeared to be mold, there were holes in the ceiling, the outlets moved in the wall and did not hold a plug in- they seemed quite dangerous. The door do not close tight which was a security concern as well as allowed bugs in. The bathroom was very dirty, smelled of sewage and we were not comfortable enough to even use the shower. One of the two beds in the room sand down into the broken wooden base when you got on the mattress. When I spoke to the front desk to voice concerns the woman stated “well what do you expect?” I explained that I expected a room at least similar to that which was pictured and described. She was very rude and just continued to say “oh well, we cleaned the filter when the last person complained” . If we had been able to find other accommodations we would have left. I am VERY disappointed with what we believe was falsely advertised and lack of concern to even address a single concern. I have taken pictures of the state of th room as well.

The room was clean. The lady at the front desk was helpful, but the gentleman was not helpful or polite at all. The amenities can use some upgrading as well as the elevator. Front desk staff shoud be available more often.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel as when arriving around 7.40 Pm the reception is closed and I have to call and the lady who answered me gave me the room number over the phone and she leave it open with no key as per what she said that I book one night and in her opinion that doesn’t require to leave me a key I don’t understand that is in what world That result in I have to keep my luggage with me in the uber till I get back to the hotel to sleep so I’m requesting full refund
