Best location for access to beach. Rooms are great for families. Lots of room. You can walk to restaurants and grocery stores. This is my 2nd year in a row to stay and I’m already planning to come back next year!

Property is wonderful, super clean, the staff are friendly and kind and very helpful and the units are huge and spacious. Only negative I would say is the lobby seems a bit dated and the game room definitely needs a major make over.

Excellent location for a reasonable budget

Dated but very clean units its a full 1 bed 1 bath condo really and full kitchen with new appliances and everything you need also fully furnished kitchen toaster coffee maker pots pans etc. Woth the money and just a 4 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. In the way to the beach or in tour way back plenty of little restaurants uce cream shops mini food marts etc. Also FREE parking..

Great family hotel

Great place for families. Hotel was very clean and nice. Knowing it was a little older property I was a little worried but it was great. Also a great location. We walked alot day and night around the beach and felt very safe. There are some great affordable eateries in front of hotel across from beach that were amazing. Literally out your door. We lived at the pizza place they had a great breakfast. Only thing not great was pool area but I was there for the beach so no big deal. Will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.

Nice property, should improve customer service

The apartments are very good, have everything you need and location is fantastic, just 2 block from the beach. However, most employees are very unfriendly (housekeeping lady is the exception). They have a very early check out compared to other places and their policy is not to store luggage after that.

A great place to stay if you don’t need to be pampered. Functional rooms — one bedroom apartment — in a Building with some personality. Rooms on higher floors have great views of the ocean or the city. An easy walk to beachy convenience stores, smoke/head shops, and charming tattoo parlors. All your CBD needs can be met here. Several bars and restaurants, too, as well as a famous ice cream and popcorn place. There is a small swimming pool with a bar (cash only) and a game room with a pool table and other games. The beach is one block away. Personally, I love it.

I told myself I was going to rate this property 1 star if the hot tub was not working. Well the hot tub was not working. This was one of the main reasons why I booked the property. It is listed as an amenity and after talking with other staff and guests there is no plan to have it fixed anytime soon. Classic Bait and switch

Hot tub, not so hot!

I saw pro and con reviews before we came down, and agreed with the positive ones. We had a nice stay! Unit was not dated, upper floors best for view. Five minute walk to Beach and the State Park. Only major disappointment was the outdoor deck and Hot tub was closed.  I was looking forward to it for my bad back. I was shocked when an employee told me it has been broken for over 2 years!  Yet they continue to advertise it and show photos on the website.  It appears there will be no effort to fix it , so they should take it off the website. Pool was clean but VERY small, 8 person limit. Pushy time share person in Lobby. Concierge was very nice.

One of the two rooms we stayed in was infested with cockroaches. The manager sprayed the infested room with insecticide. We had a 2 year old and a 7 year old staying in that room with their parents. It is NOT a good idea to spray a room with poison while people are staying in the room, especially young children. Finally, management moved the family into another room but then they charged us for the room with the cockroaches and the room without. It has been a struggle to get this sorted out and it still isn't. Travelocity has been negligent regarding working with the hotel manager as well. The hotel didn't answer the phone when they called so they dropped the entire issue.

Our 1st stay here, but not the area ❤️

This is not my first time in this area, but at This Vacation spot slsleeping. We had 2 units, both 1-bedroom, they were both different. Ours was 1-bedroom, and 1 and 1/2 bathroom. It can sleep 6 people. There were only 2 of us in both rooms, it was great! So I knew before hand that this was everything we needed. If you are family oriented, you would want to stay here, it’s very roomy, and had nice balcony, and even if you’re not, it’s still a nice place! There were people of all ages here. From arrival, to checkout, everything was excellent! The staff is amazing, and nobler them know that too. The staff cares, and you can tell. The location is perfect. If you love ice cream, popcorn, Greek food, excellent pizza, there’s other stuff too. Mexican food restaurant, El Taquito was my absolute favorite. Walking to the beach, seeing the sun rise. Yes, it’s an older spot, but it’s ok with me, I mean I wasn’t in there much. We made smoothies, and cooked our meals. The game room, was fun! We played pool, and Astroids in the Game-room.. machine, free. There were several kids of all ages. You’re close to the mall a cool, mile as some distance..and Publix was expensive as it could be! But we were able to have a ball! You can wash your clothes and at the laundry facility. It’s all here. Oh and the elevator was upgraded! That’s a plus. Parking was free, I think, we took Uber, or used the “circuit” electric car around the loop.everywhere..it’s by tips!
