The closest beach is 12-15 minutes away from the house. Perfect distance to go for a bike ride to catch the sun rise.

The property is also close to the airport which makes it very convenient to get to and from the airport. The drive is only 15 minutes away and doesn't even require you to get on the busy highway to get home.
