Host communication was good. The neighborhood was active with Publix, Fst Daddy’s liquor store, Lester’s Diner nearby. Golf courses within driving distance, too. Condo was old: mediocre lighting, electric outlets weak & couldn’t hold the plugs, furniture didn’t match or look beachy. Modern laundry was free! I had to pay a cleaning fee and cleanup before I left; drew the line at raking out the trash.

Great location, spacious, clean & quiet.

The condo is perfect, fully stocked, clean, and and spacious. The unit seemed to have been remodeled recently with solid surfaces and newer appliances. Perfect location near the beach and tons of attractions. Quiet street, smaller complex. Plenty of parking. Pool with BBQ grills overlooking the canal! Laundry machines were a plus.

Okay condo

The place was ok for the price...needs to be updated. We walked to the beach every day so that was nice! I would recommen staying there only for families without big expectations...

Great location

Owners were great, responsive and easy to deal with. The location was good but it was a few blocks from the beach so if you have chairs, an umbrella and a cooler it was a little long to walk. We drove our stuff to the beach then my husband brought the car back to the unit and walked back. The unit was fine, but could use a little updating like the table and chairs on the balcony were rusted, coffee maker is old so the coffee wasn’t too hot, no wine opener, no beach chairs or umbrellas. Luckily we brought our own beach stuff. There were beach towels but if you use them you must wash them before you leave, so we didn’t use them. We did love that there were free washers and dryer’s for us to use, free parking and a nice location on the canal.

Quiet location

A good sized unit for 2 people. Plenty of amenities provided, including free washing machine and dryer. Beach chairs and brollies a real bonus. Situated in a quiet location on an inlet, but only a short walk (10mins) to the beach.

Quiet, sunny, lovely location

Dennis and Beverly were wonderful hosts for their property. It is exactly as described in the ad. One additional mention is that the pool deck is south facing, meaning if you do not want to take the short walk to the beach, from sunrise to sunset the sun warms it up nicely. We already rebooked for next year.

Our second time at this property

Everything was good, as expected. We decided to rent this property, since we enjoyed it last year. We liked the neighborhood and the property. The location was very convenient for us.

Lovely accommodation in a quiet location but within walking distance of beach and restaurants

We had a great 4 days staying here. The accommodation was everything it said. The booking in process was easy and efficient. Any questions we had were answered swiftly by Beverly & Dennis. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area

Great location

This unit was in a perfect location with just a short walk to the beach but far enough from the Main Street to be very quiet. It is close to the Pompano Beach pier and a short drive to Lauderdale by the Sea. The unit was very clean and well supplied. The complimentary laundry facilities was a nice bonus. Pool is perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

This place is great short walk to the beach shopping bus route and restaurants. The 4 dollar all day bus pass is great for travel no need to rent a car. Local night night life or a short trip to Fort Lauderdale. Yes I would stay here again, place is very clean and the pictuers they show are identical to the apartment .

Nice property

Property was exactly as advertised. Management was very responsive; we lost power and they worked diligently to restore internet. Need to mention, without cooperation from VRBO, management did the right thing during our post-storm personal situation.

the layback spot.

overall the property was great, very layed back place, clean, equiped, relaxing. this place had everything I needed and then some. If its a good location that is still reasonably priced, this is the place. Once I settled in with the boat in the back yard i was so relaxed that i did not want to go to work. If your into boating, this place is so close to ramps, inlets, fishing holes, sand bars, and dining dockside. If your into being lazy by the pool, its just a walk out back. Positioned right on a finger canal off lettuce lake where you can see the boats cruise past from the dock while you catch some sunrays. Shade cover was also nice in this summer heat, half the pool gets shaded after about mid day. Umbrella table is getting just the perfect amount of Sun and Shade for that wake up cup of coffee :) Expect a repeat customer/CBS

Sleep and go

When we walked in it smelled like mildew. Comforter was dirty with white stains on it that looked fresh. There was no warm water in the shower- it was either burning hot or cold as ice. We had to continuously move the shower handle back and forth. Don’t stay here to relax- this is a spot to sleep and go.

Perfect place

The location is excellent. Short easy walk for beach access. Good pool on site with free laundry. Just enough space for us and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Lots of towels and super clean. Will definitely book again.
