The fully equipped kitchen features upgraded stainless steel appliances, and the dining area offers a sunny spot to savor vacation meals. A patio also provides extra dining to enjoy meals outside.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Awful experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible customer service from Vacasa where they lied to me and failed to help me.House was not clean (dirty footprint in the shower) and smelled like weed. Items not shown in the heavily photoshopped pictures provided in this listing: 1) Hole in the ceiling of the bedroom where the light fixture is with exposed wiring (light did not turn on). 2) Multiple areas (Kitchen, guest room, living room, bathroom) where the flooring is heavily bowing under any pressure (even the weight of a medium sized dog). There's little to no support from the subfloor beneath and you can hear it crack as you step along it. Several of the panels are visibly lifted 3) Water damage all along the flooring where the AC unit is in the Kitchen and dining room.
