Check in was a bit of a struggle. We were given an access code and it didn't work at all... we tried ti contact someone to help us and after about an hour we got help from Santiago who was very helpful and polite and provided us with a new access code. The property was ok. Clean and very well located.

The staff were very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for a restful and stress free trip. Many tasty restaurant options and stores were walkable. They offered a cook top, nice sized fridge and plenty of kitchen supplies. We would definitely stay at this property again.
