The bed was as hard as a rock toilet kept running all night long most things in room were busted when we Checked in all the lights were on one switch fan over the stove was broken also the side table was broke also and the refrigerator light did not work I think I would of had a better night sleeping on a rock the ac system definitely needs service if I could I would definitely get my money back or definitely pick any where eles to stay

We just needed a cheap, clean place to sleep & leave after a late night concert at Blue Arena. This sufficed although I would choose to pay a bit more for a little nicer accommodation. This caters to longer term laborers.

Ants got in all my food, the bed railing was filled w dirt, grease splatter all over kitchen, beat up rusty fridge. Only stay here for the price and if you're not easily creeped out. Gross

It took time for us to get checked in. Then our key did not work and the staff had to come upstairs and fix it. When we got home at night, it still didn't work and we had to call the night person. She said she would reimburse us for something and I have yet to see it. The drains in the sink and bathtub were very slow.

I stayed in one of the accessible rooms and, overall, it met my expectations well. I appreciated that the room included Deaf-accessible alarm equipment and a wheelchair-accessible roll-in shower. It's nice to see accessibility features that accommodate different needs. The air conditioning was excellent, which was especially appreciated during the hot weather, and the room gave me a comfortable place to rest after long days. There were a couple of minor issues. The roll-in shower is sloped for drainage, but water still leaked out and flooded part of the bathroom floor after showering. I also noticed that the bed was a little dirty underneath the fitted sheet, although the bedding itself appeared clean. Overall, I was looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep with great AC and accessible features, and this hotel delivered on what I needed. I would stay here again.

Rooms were sketchy. Hole in bathroom door. A substance that could have been blood on the window and door. Definitely time for a refresh on the rooms. Holes in drywall. Stains on mattresses. Staff promptly responded to concerns and were friendly. Telephone in one of the rooms with no cord to the wall. No remote in one of the rooms and then it did not control the volume. Had to get a second remote and use both for the TV.

Room door not secure. Could not be locked from the outside. From the inside, yes. I'm not sure how quickly they would have taken care of the issue and I didn't want to invest any of my time into an issue that was not of my doing, so I just transfered my valuables back and forth from my vehicle when I had to leave the room. I notified them at checkout. The door security was an issue that occurred over time and should have been dealt with long before I arrived. Some problems are unforseen and need to be given consideration. Others are just neglegence. Businesses seem to care less and less about their customers time and convenience. Their problems become ours. Frustrating!

The manager was rude, looked very unprofessional and not clean. The room smelled really bad and when I complained on check in they claimed they didn’t have another one available. The room was very dirty, the sheets were nasty and had stuff all over them. They wouldn’t give me new ones, the bathroom fan was broken and the fixture was hanging off, the heater/ac was taped on but would fall off and had a nasty smell when running. The stove top made a funny smell while using and would make you nauseous. When I told the manager her reply was it’s you and you smell. The whole hotel stunk and had a weird smell. The housekeeping and maintenance staff ignored you and were very rude and unprofessional. They had as much training as probably the manager which was none. The manager Zoie had no experience and should be kept away from dealing with any people as she is very rude! She also claimed we knew someone there and took my sisters ID and showed it to another guest to see if she knew her which is against the law. You are not allowed to show any person stuff to anyone. I wouldn’t be surprised if she would do that with a credit card if she did that with an ID. There was broken bottles and dog feces all over the outside property due to no pop bags or anyone picking up after their dogs. When I asked to talk to someone above Zoie they wouldn’t give us a number or tell us who the general manager was. I would highly avoid this property!

The front office/entry smelled good, but when you enter the actual building, the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and nastiness, slaps you in the face. The room was filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything! Had I had enough money to take the loss and go elsewhere, I would have. 10/10 do NOT recommend, I will not be staying there again.

Very nice neighborhood with better hotels nearby. Was expecting so much more. Dirty hotel, flies, spiders, beetles. Poor landscape upkeep. Lousy mattress. Dirty windows. Smelled bad everywhere.
