OUTDOOR LIVING: This vacation rental is located on Linden Street, just steps from the Old Town Square. Easily explore local restaurants, specialty shops, live music venues, and some of the best microbreweries in the country. Walk everywhere from this downtown location!

INDOOR LIVING: Multiple 55ā€ Smart TVs, dining table with seating for 6, board games, laptop-friendly workspace

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, breakfast bar, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: There are three full bathrooms, one attached to each bedroom and one accessed via the common areas. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, blackout shades, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: There is a private two car garage, accessed from the alley. Please note that the alley is narrow, but suitable for a mid-size SUV. Large vehicles may have difficulty accessing the garage.

LOCATION: This vacation rental is located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins with easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Please note that due to its prime location, some noise may be a factor for sensitive sleepers. Experience the charm and excitement of Fort Collins right outside your door!

Beautiful property and the location was amazing! Our host, Stacy, was attentive and accommodating. The place was clean, beds were so comfortable, and instructions were simple. We enjoyed Fort Collins and all it had to offer and we will be back often.

Amazing!

This loft was wonderful! So modern and a great design! Place was very clean and well stocked with anything you would need. Location with big windows looking over the Main Street was great for watching all the activities on the street. Great location in Old Town! Would definitely look to stay here again!

Great spot in old town

Really great property in Old Town. Very spacious apartment, with everything we needed. The garage was super convenient, and could ask for a better location. Loved the cafe downstairs :) Highly recommended!

Excellent location

If you like downtown Fort Collins, this is the best place to stay. Right in the middle of all the action but surprisingly quiet at night. THis condo was very clean and comfortable. Stacy was a great host. The garage parking is very tight but we were able to fit our jeep Cherokee in it.

This was a perfect location for Old Town in every way. Beneath us was a coffee shop. We had an oversized garage where we easily fit a Yukon. For out-of-towners, this location is an easy 10 minute walk from New Belgium Brewing and just off Old Town Square. It would be hard to find a property more ā€œin the heart of Old Town.ā€ The property itself was fantastic. You can see the pictures for yourself, but we very comfortably traveled with four adults and one seven year-old. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I was a longtime resident of Fort Collins visiting with family and I couldnā€™t think of a better location in old town.
