「I stayed here because it was just a few blocks away from the Colorado State University campus. This basement apartment has everything I needed and was very comfortable. Most importantly, it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom is small and you do periodically hear the upstairs dwellers but the owner is upfront about both. It was very quiet though. We will be going back for sure.」

「This little loft is a hidden gem. Truly, the owners have done an admirable job converting a loft into private and amazingly chic accommodation. It is conveniently located to Old Town, the parking is easy and hidden within a private alley between homes. Every detail has been considered in its design, and we loved(!) the bright and large shower. Don't look further. You won't regret it.」
