Step into the heart of Midtown Oasis: a bright, open-concept living space curated for modern comfort and entertaining. The main living room offers stylish furnishings, curated décor, and soft lighting that sets a relaxed, elevated tone. The adjoining dining area features a contemporary table under a beautiful chandelier — perfect for family dinners or laid-back group gatherings.

GOURMET CHEF’S KITCHEN

This stunning kitchen combines beauty and function, with high-end appliances, double ovens, quartz countertops, sleek cabinetry, and refined finishes. Hidden within the cabinetry is a secret doorway leading to a spacious butler’s pantry — a fun and practical bonus for hosting.

The pantry includes an additional wine cooler, a dedicated beverage fridge, and extra prep space with floor to ceiling cabinet space. It can be closed off for privacy or left open to maintain flow during events or group meals.

PRIVATE EXECUTIVE OFFICE

Just beyond the kitchen, a private executive office offers a quiet retreat with its own separate entrance from the outside— perfect for remote work or meetings. This space includes three workstations, a whiteboard, printer, monitor, curated coffee station, and private bathroom. It leads into the butlers pantry and can be closed off from the rest of the house for professional meetings. You can have clients or co workers come straight into the office from the beautifully designed driveway. Whether you’re working or planning your itinerary, this office makes it easy to stay productive while away.

MODERN MASTER SUITE

Relax in a serene and stylish master suite, featuring soft neutral tones, warm lighting, and clean modern lines. The spacious ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities, stone countertops, upscale fixtures, large rain style shower head and a walk-in glass shower that offers a spa-like experience.

STEAM SHOWER & HOME GYM

Midtown Oasis includes a private wellness suite — perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Steam Shower:
Just across the hall from the gym, the steam shower is integrated into a bright, spa-style bathroom. With calming design and white tones, it’s the perfect place to unwind.

Home Gym:
The in-home gym rivals boutique fitness spaces and includes a Peloton bike (cycling shoes included), treadmill, bounce balls, free weights, bars, jump ropes, and more. A mirrored wall adds depth and light, while a TV and whiteboard help keep workouts engaging. We even have meditation cards for the kids!

We’re thrilled to offer in-home wellness sessions exclusively for Midtown Oasis guests. These experiences can be booked ahead of your stay or anytime during your trip (with advance notice).

Hidden above the living room is The Hideaway Loft — a cozy nook just for kids. A secure wall-mounted ladder leads to a whimsical space with pint-sized furniture, a small TV, and a magical atmosphere for stories, playtime, or movie nights.

The Sky Room is a second hidden retreat — a storybook-style loft filled with books, space to play, and room to dream. With a secure stair entry that can be closed off, it gives kids independence and parents peace of mind. Whether building forts or reading quietly, this playroom is unlike anything you’ll find at another vacation property.

PRIVATE BACKYARD RETREAT

Step into a half-acre of private outdoor space — lush, serene, and designed for both celebration and relaxation.

Important:
Any gathering with more than 10 guests must be approved in advance, and additional event fees apply. Please inquire before booking if you’re planning a retreat, party, or special celebration.

Backyard highlights include:
• Space for up to 40-60 approved guests
• Fire pit with modern Adirondack chairs
• Two separate kids’ play areas with soft sand bases
• Treehouse-style playground, climbing dome, and hammocks
• Large deck with lounge seating, ceiling fans, TV, built-in fireplace, and high-end grill
• Private orchard with peach, apple, pear, cherry, and apricot trees
• A small river on the edge of the property, with two provided inner tubes for floating or riverside fun

A second, comfortably styled living room provides a cozy spot for game days, movies, or quiet conversation. Under the tv you will find lots of board games for fun family nights! This area connects to the transition suite — a flexible bonus space that works well for families, multi-generational stays, or large groups.

Far more than a laundry room, this utility area adds serious function for extended stays and events.

Beautifully renovated, hi tech home with all the comforts of home. We had a family reunion and it was perfect for getting the whole family together. We had 3 kiddo’s under the age of 3 and they loved the playroom and the outdoor play areas. Everything was awesome, we would definitely stay here again.
