Great Loacation and great basement property. Downtown was within walking distance and the CSU campus a block away. We always had open parking on the main street out front. Well furnished with everything that we needed. Check in and check out was seemless. Would stay there again!

The host accurately described this remodeled, clean, and well stocked basement apartment. It has a separate entrance down side stairs. You can definitely hear the people living in the main house above you so if waking up at 6:30 am does not appeal to you then I recommend looking elsewhere.

Anniversary week

We had a great experience and the location was absolutely superb. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay. We'll definitely try to always get this location for our future visits to Fort Collins.

Cozy space with all the essentials, exactly what we needed! Well thought out remodel, very cool. Location is ideal for exploring Old Town, CSU, breweries and restaurants. We had so much fun!

Great location

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Great location to Old Town FC, wonderful backyard setting for coffee in the AM or cocktails in the PM. Comfortable accommodations with spacious bathroom. Host was kind and responsive.

Excellent rental for couple - great location

We are repeat visitors and once again on stay was great. Host is extremely efficient and pleasure to interact with. Location is fantastic antic being walking distance to Old Town. As always - place was spotless.

Good First Impression of Ft. Collins

Our unit had a problem when we checked in but Harriot was very quick to fix the problem and we went on to enjoy our stay immensely. We'll definitely look to stay with Harriot again.

Great property in a great location.

This was the perfect place for my week long stay in Fort Collins. Such a cute and cozy space that has been completely updated. Sparkling clean and convenient to Old Town. Harriet was a super host who always responded right away to my questions. I will definitely stay here again.

CSU Visit

Visited my son who is a student at CSU. The unit was wonderful and is a great location close to downtown and campus. Will definitely be booking again on my next trip to Colorado!

fantastic stay!!

enjoyed a great getaway weekend with my boyfriend here! we walked everywhere and easy access to old town/downtown fort collins. definitely would recommend to anyone! love everything overall.

Great Location Great Communication

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment has everything that you need including a record player and a handful of vinyl records. This was perfect for relaxing between hiking or exploring Ft Collins. Communication with the host was fantastic. We appreciated the laundry facilities after hiking in RMNP. Easy walking distance to lots of different restaurants and CSU.
