Motel of last resort. Everything is old and dirt has accumulated. Carpets were sticky and stained everywhere. Obviously no money has been put into this hotel in many years.

It took forever to check-in, although I had done it online beforehand. The bed was lumpy. The staff was friendly enough. I didn’t have the breakfast, because I slept too late. I had not checked out, yet housekeeping tried coming in my room an hour and a half before check-out. I won’t stay here again.

The staff was kind and courteous, but the property needs A LOT of attention. Old/dirty carpets, TV’s not set up to connect to hotel WiFi, bathroom door didn’t close, elevator out of order, paint peeling off walls, room refrigerator not working.

This was disgusting and dirty and smelled awful . The staff seemed grouchy , unwelcoming and not good or happy with their jobs. We left not long after check in as the room smell made us nauseated. I would NEVER stay there or recommend a stay there .

Half of my outlets didn’t work, it smells like cats and animals, the walls and floors are filthy, and the air conditioner smelled terrible. The sheets and towels were clean, it is the property that is the issue. The staff was 100% amazing and did an incredible job. That is where the second star came from. I understand it is a budget hotel, but that was a rough stay (and I’m no princess).

Inexpensive, clean bedding & towels. Shower and air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was the least impressive I’ve experienced. The elevator didn’t work and it had weekly tenants. I saw an eviction and an arrest. Exciting place.

Great location and access off service road. Has Dennys, waffle house and a nice Mexican restaurant walking distance from hotel. A/C unit in our room unfortunately had a loud buzzing noise during our stay but didn't switch because it was first level near front entry(easy access). I did ask if room was available before 3pm and was given room without explanation of $50 early check -in charge that was applied to my card without my approval.

The pictures in our room had broken glass and there was something red sprayed all over the wall, making it look like a crime scene. The elevator and lobby bathroom were out of order all weekend. Every other time I used my key, it would stop working and have to be reset.

The elevator was broke down, and our room was on the 3rd floor. Kind-of a sketchy area. Front desk was very nice about canceling our room as I'm unable to do many stairs. One man at checking that had been staying their said the elevator had been broken down for several day's.

It said breakfast included but only Walmart's Great Value milk juice bread cereal and waffle paste was placed. waffle maker was not cleaned at all. Very low-quality oil spray was there. We never use these kinds of stuffs at home. It's better they can just remove the breakfast included from them publish/advertisement so that guest can be ready for no-breakfast.

On the plus side: The bed was clean and the room was quiet. The staff was really friendly and helpful (I had several issues with my keys not working). On the minus side, The place could needs some updating. It smelled in the room. Most likely the AC filter needs changing and the floors and carpet seriously need a deep clean. Also, don't expect much for breakfast. One look and I decided to go out and get something elsewhere. There was nothing with any real nutritional value served.
