「we had plenty to do but the issues were with the toilet which did get fixed, but also the upstairs shower was constantly dripping. I did not tell the girls this, but I did see a mouse skitter across the floor in the kitchen and run under the stove. You need to get on top of that issue. Also, please stock the kitchen with a few more things like foil for instance. I do also think you should maybe invest in some plastic cups if you don't want to add to the glasses or mugs. 「Ruben was very helpful and always responded quickly. We had no issues with our stay and it was very close to the zoo which was nice. The house is cute and cozy. It does get pretty hot, but we were able to turn the temperature down and there are fans available so we were very comfortable.」

「Property could use some updates. The air conditioning does not effectively cool the rooms. Fans were provided, and definitely needed. It also could use a fresh coat of paint throughout. Beds are extremely firm. The house was in a convenient location for things we wanted to do in the area.」
