booked after Nov 3, 2025) you get the Ocean suite, if not, it is still

available to rent with 1 week notice.) or (**12 bedrooms** with use of Futon

beds in various rooms, like the Gymn room, Outer space room, or Music room) or

**13 bedrooms, 5 baths 3 kitchen mansion **with rental of Love/ Honeymoon

Round waterfall, multi colored lighted Hot Tub Suite, with 8-Jet blasting

massage shower. That sits high up on top of one of the highest hills looking

over the green countryside with a private riverfront park with 5 acres and the

hiking trail through the woods down to the Boat House on the riverfront Ready

for your Special event! (road access available only for specual events set up

on the private riverfront park)



The Starlight Tower River Manor also includes an Awesome Vintage Arcade gallery,/ large room featuring many vintage, pinball, racing, basketball, soccer etc. Vintage arcade machines that use .25 cents, so bring some change, there is also, a vintage, 50's pool table, a ping pong table, foosball table, electronic darts, tons of cool board games, and toys, the Space room with Telescopes Observatory in top of Tower, 35 - 50+ person Theater ( just bring in more chairs to accomodate # of people from room next door) with huge screen and karokee, and hdmi cord for computer hookup, bluetooth, etc. A Huge Game room, and Bar plus a Rock star room with electric and acoustic guitars, electric bass, and amplifiers, microphone to play and sing and have fun! There is plenty of entertainment at The Starlight Tower River Manor!



**The Manor is perrfect for large family gatherings, ect, Weddings up to 150 max,** group getaways, meetings Anniversaries, Birthday party's, and all special events, Our riverfront Manor, offers a blend of vintage and modern decor. The Love wedding suite with King bed and Awesome Round Hot tub with lights and many wave/ waterfall features, plus an incredible 8-Jet blasting Massage Shower in black with white accents marble, can be rented for your special event or as part of the manor with connector door, or seperate entrance.



We also include another personal hot tub in the Ocean themed Suite included with the manor rental, which has another kitchen, plus full size Laundry, and a beautiful marble bathroom with double sinks and plenty of space for getting ready for special events such as weddings, etc.







You will love the extra spacious huge 8,800+ Square foot of Luxury layout, with tall ceilings, and Marble flooring and counters and white maple flooring throughout the Manor, (except the gameroom floor and tower), with a huge soaring Foyer and a Magnificent curved Round custom built white Maple flying Staircase from 2nd floor to 3rd floor with a beautiful Staircase crossing over a curved bridge going through a round lighted circle entrance to the 3rd story.

Tell us what your dreams and ideas are. We would love to help you make them come true!

* **First floor is ada friendly with sit down shower and adjustable sliding and hand held shower head for any height,with grab bars and toilet grab bars , bedroom with bed safety rail and grab bars with second bed for 2 people with mobility issues, or care taker bed. and wheel chair accessible entire 1st floor once inside the Manor**, all doors and archways are at least 3 foot wide! and 3 decks off 1st floor with barbecue grill.

* A **35-seat movie theater** with movie Decor and many Movies, can bring in chairs from dining area **for more people to enjoy (50+) all bed doors are 36 inch wide for easy wheel chair access! A Karoke Machine and with HDMI hook up to a huge 10 ft projector screen**

* **A Chefs Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for a delicious meal and seating areas of 26. plus another kitchen upstairs** and **a 3rd kitchen and 3 sets of Laundry with rental of The Love /Honeymoon Suite.**

The Starlight Tower Riverfront Manor Estate is **perfect for hosting special

events like Weddings( up to 150 total people,) rehearsals, meetings, wedding

Parties, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Family get togethers, reunions, approved

parties, and retreats, Business Meetings, Movie, and tv show shoots, (The

Duelist Mansinon, 6 episodes, you tube series filmed at the Starjight Tower

Manor) just about anything you can imagine, including Movie filming, or other

ventures with approval, and permission before booking. **







It provides a unique experience with its **72 ft high telescopes observatory,(

The Outer Space Room)** Incredible views with or without our telescopes, The

Gameroom with cool decor, **vintage arcades/pinball machines

gallery/gameroom,( most take .25 cents, bring your Quarters) pool table,

foosball table, ping pong, Darts, boardgames, toys, video games, **and

extensive entertainment options, making it an ideal getaway for family, kids,

and friends. Nearby attractions include the Fireside Inn Dinner Theater, The

Dells, Devils Lake for hiking , snowmobiling and ice fishing spots, skiing

destinations in winter, Cascade Mountain, for snow skiing, Lake koshkonong/

Rock River and Boating, kayaking, fishing, water skiing, swimming, Hiking, ect

Estimation Guide for Events:



All events or people over the allowed 18 people total will need approval by

host before booking will be honored. These prices will need to be added to

your normal booking fee, (not including taxes, platform fees, or any extra

people sleep overs, ( $50/person/night) or other factors that may effect event

pricing**, this is just a quick guide for estimating purposes only.** All

events or larger gatherings past 18 people will need a signed Liability waiver

covering you and all your group or permission will not be given for event, and

any extra people.







**Rental of hot tub Love/ honeymoon suite allows you up to 21 people at the Manor,** or up to 18 people without renting it.



# Event fees are as follows



**Event is any gathering of people on or in the property for a short time

during the day or night on 1 date/ 1 day event (1- 4 hours normal, or longer,

up to 8 hrs, or possibly longer.) such as a Wedding, birthday celebration,

Anniversary, Fundraiser or a corporate Holiday or Retreat or meeting, Movie

shoot or? Etc. **all event**pricing is an estimate and not guaranteed

pricing.** depending on what you want to do, the dates, and permission for

your ideas / plans, and other factors. Please use as an

estimating guide only, for your event.

# **The Starlight Tower River Manor Boat House**



The Boat House with hiking trail and 5 acres on the Bark/Rock River $149/day, plus taxes, fees, etc. includes all the following below and is available to only the guests booking the manor for recreational use, or events with event fee, such as **8 kayaks, a rowboat, a canoe, different size life vests, fishing poles and tackle, 18 outdoor chairs, a porta potty style bathroom with toiletries, and sanitary supplies, a radio, outdoor games for the large area around the boathouse, toys, ocean bar, and 4 stools, grill, fire pit, and lots of room for an event/ wedding, as we have had on the Riverfront park.**



** $149/day includes cleaning fee, but other fees may apply, taxes, etc.**



it is also available for events with event fees applied and permission, a

liability waiver must be signed by the guest booking the manor for all guests

family and or friends using the hiking trail, boathouse or amenities in

boathouse and all the land around it, or permission and use of boathouse and

hiking trail, land, waterfront etc, will not be permitted, all rules must be

honored and no trespassing on other land, no shooting, or hunting, no use

permitted after dusk.



















































***Long term stays available at 28 nights minimum from Oct-April. if no

bookings during that moth that you want to book. pricing varies on length of

stay and amount of people. Additional house rules to be sent directly be the

host.*** or available in the manor and boat house on the river.



T**he maximum occupancy for people on the property (inside and outside the

home) and/or staying overnight for normal non event bookings is strictly set

at 18 people** unless otherwise approved with extra fee by the host in advance

of booking. **Events can be held for an additional fee depending on amount

of people ect. per event and additional guests can be accommodated at $50 per

person per night** (plus taxes and fees) up to 36 people total. with use of

Futon couch beds or 40+ with rental of Love / Honeymoon Round Hot tub suite

with 8-Jet Massage blasting shower added on. **Events up to 100 -150 person

events offered, see estimated pricing in listing as Aprox. for your wedding or

special event, or ask RedAwning.**

**All events or extra people must be approved prior to booking, no

exceptions.** Additional event fees and/or additional person/ per night fees

must be paid in full within 7 days of booking (48 hours before arrival if

booked within 7 days). Any violation of these house rules can result in

immediate eviction and/or cancellation without refund. A liability waiver

will need to be signed by the person who booked the manor covering hiking

trail and Riverfrpnt /land usage for all guests before check in, or at check

in, no exceptions. **House rules include no firearms, bow and arrows or any

type of projectile or shooting gadget of any kind allowed on property or in

manor. no hunting, no fireworks, unless authorized always for 4th of July

celebrations (we have a great area for fire works display)** no trespassing on

neighbors property, ect. a full list of house and land/ Riverfront rules and

event rules and requirements are available. ** It would be our pleasure to

meet with you the bride and groom, your immediate family, or your event

coordinator/ planner ahead of booking to see the manor for event planning and

logistics and we can help with suggestions for tent rentals , caterers, chair

and table rentals djs, etc, we can help with as much as you need , We also

have a Spanish and English speaking event coordinator/ planner available for

all meetings.**
