"The first room had a very strong ammonia or cat urine smell that caused our eyes to burn, which is a health concern. The second room we were assigned was already occupied by another guest, which is a serious safety issue. The third room smelled heavily of smoke and was visibly unclean with abnormal amount of hair on the floor. At this point I didn’t feel safe staying there with my two younger children. When I spoke with the manager there was no apology and she would not issue a refund. She stated the nightly employee didn’t smell ammonia but documented pain chipping on light fixture. She blamed the occupied room on their faulty equipment but it was getting fixed. I am completely disappointed and will be taking this to the better business bureau. "
