「The location was superb. Close to the waterfront and yet in the middle of the village. It felt like home. The apartment itself felt larger than in the pictures and had every amenity we needed for a two week stay. Communication was excellent despite some technical difficulty with our phone once we arrived in Spain. Thankfully a kind tourist gave us his personal hotspot to at least get us to the apartment. 「The apartment had everything you need for a stay in Pollensa. It is such a great location, close to all the local shops and restaurants and of course the beach. Unfortunately during our stay there was a water supply issue to the town, which meant for over half our stay we did not have running water which made it a challenge for 7 women…no showers before dinner or ability to flush the toilets or wash up after dinner. Other local establishments did not have this issue, which seems to indicate...

"4人1部屋で、キッチン・バルコニー付きで十分な広さだった。セーフティボックスは有料（1日2.5ユーロ）で受付に申し込まないといけない。シャワーの排水溝の流れが悪かったが、受付に言うとすぐに対応してくれた。 ビュッフェの食事は日替わりで種類もまあまああり、味は普通だった。ハーフボードプランでは飲み物は別料金だった。夜はエンターテイナーによる演奏やキッズ向けイベントなどがありファミリーフレンドリーなホテル。 洗濯機はホテルに1台しかなく現金が必要。 ビーチやバス停まで歩いて5分、ホテル前にスーパーがあり飲み物やお菓子の調達に便利。"
