  • Located in Port de Pollença, the wonderful Voramar31 apartment is on the first floor of a townhouse, right on the seafront promenade. This comfortable property is perfect for up to 6 guests and features a living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each), and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a crib, and a high chair. The highlight of the apartment is the fantastic 35 m² terrace with impressive sea views, furnished with lounge furniture and sun loungers. Enjoy a glass of wine on warm summer evenings as you gaze out over the sparkling sea and listen to the sound of the waves. Thanks to its ideal location, restaurants, bars, and cafés are just steps away, and a supermarket is 500 meters or a 6-minute walk from the property. The beautiful sandy beach of Port de Pollença is also right at your doorstep.

Perfect Location

Lovely apartment with good sized bedrooms, large kitchen and lounge, and a terrace with amazing views. The location is perfect - right on the pine walk and a short walk to the main restaurants and town square.

Fabulous location on the pine walk, beautiful views, couldn’t be easier for beach, restaurants and getting around. Balcony a real stand out feature, and rest of apartment great for a group.

A lovely apartment in a beautiful location, with everything we needed provided. The communication between the property manager and myself was easy and check in vvery straightforward. Highly recommended, we' definitely visit again.

Pros: good host great views great location Cons: a very squeaky bed in the master bedroom which woke us up every time either of us moved. slept in lounge on a couple of nights to avoid noise.

Terrace was fantastic, inside very basic and could have been cleaner.No communication... emails not answered prior to check in. 8 day stay and had to ask for clean towels. You pay for the terrace and location

Lovely apartment - fabulous location

The apartment is big and bright and comfortable with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The terrace is fabulous and looks straight onto the bay with a proper 'wow' factor. Liaison with Joan was great and the process of checking and out was very smooth. We had the loveliest few days in beautiful Port De Pollensa. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful seafront apartment

The property listing does not do this place justice. It is above a small convenience store on the beachfront. It is well sized and has everything you need. Simply superb.
