Relaxing Pond Front Home

Relaxation awaits at this spacious pond front home in the Forestdale section of Sandwich on beautiful Cape Cod. Enjoy the outdoors on any of our three decks, in the yard, or around the fire pit. A kayak and a stand up paddle board are available for use in the pond.

Inside you'll find plenty of space for you and your guests. A generous size living room has space for many to get comfy, have good conversations, or watch TV. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of essentials, and you can enjoy your meals around the dining room table or out on the deck.

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and includes a king bed and its own full bathroom (RENOVATED February 2026!) with a walk-in shower. In this bedroom you'll find access to a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. There is also a half bath on the main floor.

Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms. One has two queen beds, and the other has a queen bed with a pull out twin trundle. There is a full bath (RENOVATED February 2026!) on the second floor with a tub shower.

Head to the basement for fun, fun, fun! A pool table, dart board, tiki toss, and more will keep you entertained for hours. There is also a second TV in the basement and a closet filled with games and puzzles. The basement sofa pulls out to a bed and there is another full bath down there.

Wifi access is included so you can connect to your streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video on the two smart TVs.

Close to beaches, shopping, dining, and other Cape Cod attractions.

There is a smart doorbell on the front door.

Pond Chilling -Family Getaway Friendly

This was a clean well organized home set up for rental with nice outdoor pillow, kitchen supplies and ready for guest to settle in easily. Great view of pond and tranquil setting. Family friendly neighborhood. Central location to get to many areas in the Cape within 30-40 minutes. Responsive Host!

Wonderful stay in Cape Cod

Keri’s place was an absolute perfect choice for our needs during our extended weekend stay at the Cape! She was an awesome communicator, even reaching out weeks prior to our stay with recommendations of things to do in the area! The house was clean and absolutely everything was labeled and organized so you will have no questions where to find extra blankets, lights, etc! Thank you for the wonderful stay, our group of girls would happily stay here again :)

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful long weekend stay! House contained everything we needed and more! Great location with enough room for our party of 4 adults and 6 kids to spread out! Keri was super responsive and accommodating. She even left us a few treats to enjoy. We had a small setback when we left a wallet behind upon check out and she quickly informed us it was there (thank you!). Our boys love to fish and spent many hours on the pond kayaking & fishing. One child caught a 5lb-ish bass! A great stay overall!

Cape Escape

From booking to checkout Keri was quick to respond to any questions sent her way. Upon arrival we found the home clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We all loved the peaceful pond setting. There was plenty to keep you busy on both sunny and rainy days. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and very thoughtful extras. We all agreed it was a wonderful home that provided everything we needed for a memorable Cape Cod escape. Thank you again Keri!

Great home base for a multi-generational week on the cape

We were very happy at the home, and Keri was a very attentive host contacting us when a tornado like storm took out power to the extra special touches like wine and a gift card to a delightful chocolate pastry shop down the road. Everything was within 30 minutes and gave us multiple options for fun each day. Loved Craigsville Beach and Heritage movie theater, plus so many other things.

Great family vacation

We all had a wonderful vacation at this pond house! It was very clean and had everything you could need! The house was very spacious and room for everyone. Keri was very responsive to any questions I had and her response time was always within minutes! It was a great time!

Wonderful Home away from home

The house was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to make meals! The fire pit was amazing and great for relaxing around at the end of a long day ( and to make s’mores. The communication with the hostess was great. We would definitely recommend this house. It was in a nice location so we could explore all different sides of the Cape during the day and relax here during the night.

Family Destination Wedding Success

Everything was wonderful. The house was well equipped and offered initial amenities, such as coffee and condiments and paper products. Any issue we had was handled immediately, professionally and without inconvenience. The location was so peaceful and private, yet many coveniences close by. Our party of 7 were very comfortable. Even when two more joined us for a few nights, everyone enjoyed space snd privacy. We loved the fire pit and deck area right on the pond, which provided a perfect spot to rest or socialize. One recommendation would be to list where shopping mall locations were located and nice restaurants that require well in advanced reservations. We felt we left the Cape without a good seafood dinner. We were delighted to discover the Joint Base nearby where my husband, retired Lt. Col. was able to take advantage of the PX, golf and lower gas prices. Our sincere thanks for providing our family with a clean and comfotable home away from homen we all felt that your ho.e was perfect for us. One note I did overlook was the air conditioning was limited to all the bedrooms only. However, some fans for common living areas would be nice.

A beautiful house and location!

Everything was just perfect! The house is on top shape. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, good showers. Great basement with billiard, darts and lots of games for young children. Great fire pit - easy to use. Kayak and sap board - both very useful. Keri responded in seconds to all questions. We had a great vacation and will definitely come back if we can make it again!!

Great Golf Trip Weekend

My friends and I booked this rental for a golf trip weekend we took down to the Cape. Booked it before Memorial Day weekend to try and beat some of the traffic. House was awesome! More than enough space for our group of 9 guys. Had a blast with the amenities of the pool table, dart board, backyard fire and the scene of the pond in the yard. Everyone had an awesome time and I definitely recommend using this house for any of your Cape Escape needs! As for the owner Keri, she was very responsive and friendly. She does a fantastic job with keeping the house looking awesome and providing a comfortable setting for a little getaway. Frankly, the pictures don’t do it enough justice, as the house is beautiful! I highly recommend this location!

Gorgeous house and property!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Our only regret was that we didn't have much time in our packed schedule of sightseeing to really enjoy all the amenities. There are so many "extras" in this house-- the library nook, multiple porches and decks, paddleboards, kayak... the list goes on and on! The host is the most thoughtful of any whose homes we have ever stayed in. Postcards and stamps were provided, wine was in the rack, and a gift card to a local coffee shop was left for us. (Make sure you visit The Chocolate Rose--- the pastries were SO good!) Keri was also great about answering any questions that we had, and her response time was very quick. We wanted to go to Boston, but no one wanted to drive, so Keri suggested that we go to Kingston and take the train in. It worked out perfectly! The tour company picked us up at the station, and none of us had to worry about driving! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again, and we will make sure we allow more time to just hang out at the house!

Our stay was perfect. The property had a relaxing view. Great when having coffee in the morning watching the locals fish and ducks landing in the pond. Awesome location. We would definitely rent this place again. Thanks for the gift card to a local bakery and complimentary early checkin.

The Best Ever

Where do I begin? Kerri you are the Bomb.com. Your house is the best I've rented. You thought of EVERYTHING we didn't want or need for anything. CLEAN is an understatement we need to use a word like immaculate. I had such a wonderful time for my best friend's bachelorette relaxing weekend. Thank for being such a wonderful host!!!! Fall Reunion

Old high school friends rented this property for a long weekend in September. Keri has the house set up perfectly for a group of people looking for a nice trip to the Cape. We made great use out of the kayak, paddle board, fire pit, and kitchen/grill. We all liked it so much we are already talking about trying to do it again next year! Thank you Keri!

Great Stay!!

We rented the house for the weekend because we were doing the MS Challenge Walk in Cape Cod and we couldn’t be happier. Keri was so awesome when I had questions and she got back to me very quick. The house was so nice and clean and felt very cozy. The back deck and back yard were great! There was no central AC but the rooms all had AC units.

Perfect summer getaway

This home is amazing. Huge yard for lawn games. Fire pit with plenty of seating. And a great porch for relaxing and grilling. The basement is a perfect spot to keep the fun going after sundown.
