There were ants crawling around the pol, and there was very little water pressure in the shower!!

Room was really clean.Staff communication was poor never responded to my concern after I checked in and still haven't. Garage was covered in trash on both ends

The property’s cleanliness is rated at 6.5, but it’s worth noting that it’s quite dated. While the staff does their best, there’s only so much they can do. The beach is easily accessible, but the old umbrellas and chairs for rent are a bit of a letdown. The water slides were a big hit with the kids, but the attendants seemed preoccupied with their phones and social media, which was a bit rude, especially since the kids were just waiting to get on the slides. The hotel is conveniently located just 4/5 minutes from the airport, which was a huge plus. However, parking can be a bit tricky, especially when you return from exploring Myrtle Beach in the evening. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, were disappointing compared to the pictures, but overall, it was a manageable stay for our 3-day/4-night trip. The restaurant menu was a bit limited, but the food arrived quickly. The bar and grill staff provided great service.

Overall I gave a good rating. The staff was efficient and polite. The furniture is very dated (room 1203) and the bed was very uncomfortable, often making a good nights rest difficult. The commode ran continuously and the couch, which made a bed (which we did not use), had cables broken sticking out the bottom. For the most part everything was clean,to the best of the staffs ability given the outdated furniture and bedding that had definitely seen better days. The view was nice, the staff adequate, laundry facility was great, and the room clean. I will not choose this particular venue in the future due to the worn stained, furniture and very uncomfortable bed, as well as the commode running continuously.
