"Luigi and Paula were awesome hosts. Their home is absolutely stunning! There was not a single thing that I would change… it was perfect. If I could dream up the perfect Italian Tuscan style villa… this would be it. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for leaving the pool open. "We enjoyed spending a week here. The place was charming and definitely tucked away down a quiet street surrounded by mountains. Our host Maria was easy to contact. We only met her once as she was mostly out of town when we were there but she was gracious enough to let us see the 4 alpacas up close and feed them. "Lovely home, however, there were some issues. Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "

"very nice vertical house in center of old town. great location near restaurants and coffee shops. very clean. easy access and departure. not a property for people who struggle with stairs. hot water in showers is a little tricky. shower in one of the bathrooms needs a door, and washing machine could use some written instructions. overall, we enjoyed it, and recommend it with the few caveats already mentioned."

"The flat is well furnished and equipped with all the comforts (Wi-Fi, air conditioner, coffee machine, functional kitchen, televisions etc). The terrace is perfect to enjoy sunny days, with a lot of space and features. The position is perfect to enjoy the beauty of the medieval historical center of Alatri. Last but not least, the owner Eleonora is very kind, flexible and professional. My family and I will be back for sure 👍!!"

"The apartment was perfect for our stay. Our favourite part was the beautiful, big balcony with a view. The little kitchen balcony was perfect for morning coffees. Anna was so kind and attentive. "This place is great and I highly recommend it to anyone. The desk staff are amazing and from the minute I showed up they were focused on making my stay as comfortable as possible. They took the time to walk my family around the facility, show me where our rooms were, how to access them with the codes, the dining area, and even made me a coffee as we covered the breakfast time. The facility feels so safe, and I love that the main doors to the grounds is even locked. Don't let my discussion on security fool you into thinking the area isn't safe, its in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The town is a few minutes walking from here and the people are just wonderful. We ate a many of the restaurants and the food is excellent. I even got a cafe Americano at 11pm in the local bar and walking the streets couldn't feel any safer. I promise you will enjoy your stay here!"
