"Good hotel, but the isolation within the rooms is a little bit low (you can hear easily the noise of people in the other rooms next and above you... It is a pity that you have to pay extra to use the little indoor pool, for sure in low season they should better make it free when the outside pool is not ready for use... But in general good hotel, very kind staff, but price wise just for sleeping, price in low season is quite high... "

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. "El parking es de pago, pero al final vale la pena pagar. Los empleados muy amables dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación está bien quizás algún detalle más que le faltaría cuidar a la hora de la limpieza. Ubicación ideal si quieres comprar y no coger el coche super cerca del caldea y otras áreas. "

"This is an excellent hotel. Felt way more expensive than it was. Amazing views, excellent restauarant (both the pub and the buffet). I wish we had tried the spa because it looked great. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and shower were the best I've had in a hotel in a long while. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was clean. There is paid parking at the hotel which you probably will need, and the only thing I would say is to let staff know if you have a big car and they will keep the space next to you empty if they can and you would struggle to fit otherwise. "

"Hôtel très bien situé à Soldeu (départ à pieds en randonnée: vallée d.incles + accès station de ski)´permettant de rayonner dans les jolis villages d’ordino, Canillo + attractions (roc del quel..mirador solaire ..pont tibétain) et virée shopping à Andorre. Les membres du personnel sont tous très bienveillants. Chambre nickel et pt déjeuner au top!! Tant salé que sucré avec une terrasse dont vue sur les pistes..séjour très agréable.possibilité de stationner le VL à l.intérieur pour 20€/jour. "

"A great location. Sophie, the lady on reception was really lovely and let us pay to stay a bit later in the room as I felt a little unwell. We really appreciated this. We had a room high up and view of the street and the mountains. Parking was available on the streets nearby at 4.90 euros for 4 hours and free 8pm until 9am. Bring coins. Our triple room was adequate for a one night visit. Thank you to Sophie for excellent customer service "
