"Lisa’s place was adorable and just what we needed for our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped. Lisa had nice starters of everything for our stay which is always a welcome treat. And the location cannot be beat. Two blocks to Old Folsom! I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thank you Lisa!"

"This house was perfect for our visit to the Folsome/Sacramento area. It was super comfortable and close to shopping and restaurants. The house was well stocked and provided most of the essentials to cook. My only suggestions is that we really cooked alot while staying there and it needs pot holders and a potato masher and a small hand mixer. Most of the items in the home seemed brand new. I Loved that the door keypad worked everytime, without fail. You wouldnt believe how many places have unreliable door key pads."

"Exactly what you would want in a VRBO experience... a great communicating property owner and a beautiful and clean property. Lorraine, was so helpful every step of the way with our trip. She answered our questions about the area and helped us plan our activities. The small touches around the house on our arrival were amazing. She is what every rental owner should strive to be. The house was fantastic! Incredibly clean spacious and well designed. We had 8 adults on our stay and the layout in the house and backyard easily accommodate our group. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The town of Historic Folsom was great too. We had a busy few days and enjoyed the restaurants such as Plank, Fiori, and Crawdads on the Lake which is on the other side of the river. We had a great time at the Powerstation Sunday Blues concert as well. We also were very active on the many miles of amazing bike trails that you can access right from the house. Paddle boarding and kayaking the river was all top notch. We also were very impressed with the great condition of the public pickle ball courts that were not to far away at Lembi ParkThe only downside on our trip is that I will likely now compare other VRBO owners and houses to Lorraine and her beautiful place in Folsom. She has set the bar very high for delivering and catering to her guests. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay."

"Our family group enjoyed our stay at the house very much. On one evening of the week we had just 1 small accident with an interior door to the laundry room getting locked. I contacted our host and he responded immediately and resolved the problem quickly. Our host was great, and the house is very nice and comfortable."
