The house is a perfect house for Thanksgiving at the beach. Our dogs loved it. We had quick access to the beach and loved watching the sunrise and sunset every day. We were close to town and walked to get coffee, shop and get lunch. It was the perfect house. The management team was great.

Loved everything about this house and the location will stay here again. Only issue was we had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and laundry detergent.Other VRBO's that we have stayed in had a supply of items. Other than that it was amazing. Next time I will be a little more prepared and will ask more questions.

This house did not disappoint! Great location, we could walk to the beach and the downtown shops/restaurants. Plenty of room for our family (six adults, three kids (ages 4, 6 & 8) spring break trip.

This property is in disrepair. Dishwasher badly broken and barely usable, cabinet door falling off hinges, walls and trim badly scuffed and scratched and need to be caulked and repainted, floors in kitchen badly worn, can't wipe the table enough to get the sticky off, dishes and pans had to be washed before using, the fridge has an ice maker and water dispenser but it doesn't work, pillows are horrible and extras which were provided are badly stained (should be thrown away) and so much more. I would not ever stay at this house again. Not a good value.

Great house for 8-10 people. Kitchen has everything you need. Screened in back porch and out old showers a nice plus. Nice front porch for more relaxing. Lovely bedrooms and baths. Close to eveything. MUCH closer to beach than we expected using the path. Close enough to town to walk!

We had a great stay in Folly Beach! The house is as pictured and was roomy enough for 10 adults. The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes, cups, and pots/pans for cooking. A short >5 minute walk brings you right to the beach, and the neighborhood itself was quiet and lovely. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Would love to visit again in the future.

Great location near the beach and easy quick walk to downtown Folly Beach! Plenty of room for a couple families and we had kids ranging from 4 up to teenagers. Very clean and comfortable and the screened in porch was great to keep the mosquitos away. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second time in 6 months staying at this property, and we would stay again! This house is perfect for a family with kids/teens. Plenty of room for everyone. The location is a short walk to the beach, which we love. Management is quick to respond with any questions. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Great house!

We had planned on staying in Charleston but at the last minute we thought a beach house would be better. And it was! We could walk to downtown Folly Beach and drive easy to Charleston. We went to the beach every day. The home was big for our family of five. We didn't end up using the upper floor because we used the day bed by the chess table instead. Two suggestions - take new pictures of the interior as there has been updates, and remodel the master bath. Would stay again.

We stayed here with two families of 4 (teens + adults) and the house was a perfect size for our group. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. A quick 5 min walk to the beach or into town, so location was great. Love strolling the beach every morning and evening and we rented two golf carts, which was a perfect way to get around the island. Had one small problem with a blown fuse and the property managers took care of it quickly. We will definitley be back!!

Great house and short walk to the beach. It was a short 15 min drive into Charleston worth plenty of restaurants and shopping available. There were a few minor issues that would have made it an awesome stay if fixed. Beautiful house that is located within a short walk to the beach and town. I would have given it 5 stars if a few minor things were different. There were no small spoons for cereal for the kids and kid friendly glasses would reduce the stress level of the adults. There is not a functioning can opener and one of the queen beds was made with full size sheets which did not stay on the bed well. We had plenty of room for 10 and loved the heated outdoor shower to rinse off sandy children. Great 2nd annual family beach Thanksgiving.
