Oceanfront Condo - Fantastic Views, Beautiful Furnishings!

The Best of Both Worlds! A great getaway beach destination located in a cozy island town, only a short drive (ten miles) from historic Charleston. Folly Beach is the closest beach to downtown Charleston.

Folly is a beach town with a laid-back island charm. Its residents know it as the 'Edge of America.' It is a family beach community with undeveloped parks on either end of the island and a newly enlarged recreational boat landing on the Folly River.

The Charleston Oceanfront Villas are condominiums centrally located on Folly Beach, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our non-smoking, three-bedroom, three-bath unit has a direct oceanfront view of the Atlantic and the Folly Beach fishing pier. We have just completed a major renovation to upgrade to a luxury style accommodation. It features a beautiful beach cottage decor, complete with antique heart pine floors and travertine or tile in the bathrooms. The kitchen has all-new cabinets with granite countertops. The bath vanities are all new with stone, marble or granite countertops. We are pleased with the outcome, and we think you will be too. We offer quality furnishings throughout, including high-quality bedding and mattresses, in our efforts to provide attention to detail for a comfortable and clean accommodation. Pets are not allowed. No smoking.

Charleston/Folly Beach is a great year-round vacation destination. It is truly the best of both worlds. You can relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of the beach, such as nature walking and watching the sunset. Or, just a short drive away, you can enjoy all the history, culture, and fine dining downtown Charleston has to offer.

We loved our stay in Folly Beach. The condo was perfect for six people and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the ocean front. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean and we appreciated the holiday decorations! It was a super quick walk to the beach and we enjoyed Loggerheads bar across the street. It’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants. This time of year it’s a quick 25-min drive to downtown so we visited the aquarium, did the boat tour of Fort Sumter and tried Fig restaurant (need to make reservations a month in advance). We tried Revelry Brewing in Folly and overall just a cute beach town. It was lovely to have three separate bedrooms and restrooms in the condo.

The room was absolutley perfect. Amazing view, comfortable beds and furniture, large fully equipped kitchen, power wash shower. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Quiet rooms with no neighbor noises. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the owner, VRBOs front page price did not reflect the actual room rate. You must click on each date to see the real rate. Huge difference.

Can't say enough positive things about our stay at this condo. The condo is absolutely beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Location is perfect - the view from the unit and balcony is just gorgeous. Communication with the host was fast, friendly and always helpful. Do not hesitate to add this to spot to your vacation plans.

We had a great stay at Kim’s welcoming villa. It’s well-appointed and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the local touches with the decor in this unit. It’s so nice to see local artists’ works instead of generic beach scenes. We really enjoyed ourselves and would love to stay here again.

This condo was the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation - swim in the ocean, walk on the beach, sit on the balcony. (There was also a pool). Walking distance to restaurants and pier. Very comfortably appointed condo. We had a lovely week.
