「Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Man kann sein Auto auf privatem Grund abstellen. Das Haus bietet einer Familie einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub, man ist trotzdem in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt oder in 5 Minuten beim sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt COOP. 」

「The views are spectacular. The best swimming pool ever. We played my tennis on the private court all the time. A large family owned property that is very private. Lorenzo was so responsive and helpful about everything—reservations and so on. Highly recommended.」

「Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im schönen Dorf Chiusdino, das Meer ist ca. 1 Stunde entfernt, aber der Pool eignet sich gut zum Baden. Es ist genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Vermiter Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war super. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!」

The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....

「Wunderbar! Die Lage, die Ruhe, der kurze Weg zum Meer mit dem langen vollen Strand, aber direkt daneben einsamen Felsen.Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht!」

「Friendly and attentive Christian and Stefano were available when we needed them for advice or help but also respectful of our privacy. The accommodation was perfect for our family holiday and a short drive to great sights, beaches and restaurants. The little nearby town was great for the kids to explore when they weren’t jumping in the crystal clear pool (reaching a high of 27 degrees in the summer, but obviously not late season!) Highly recommended 」

Piacevolmente in casa e comodissimi ai beach club, abbiamo scoperto anche qualche super ristorante nell’entroterra. Complimenti ai proprietari ed al professionale e disponibile custode! 「Siamo stati in questa bellissima villa in 13 persone (di cui due adolescenti e due bambini piccoli). Ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e gustosi regali di benvenuto. Hanno preparato con cura tutte le stanze che erano pulitissime, le culle e i lettini per i bambini piccoli erano impeccabili. Abbiamo utilizzato la spa nei giorni in cui il tempo non era bello e abbiamo visitato dei bellissimi paesini toscani nelle vicinanze. 「Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Veronica ist eine super Gastgeberin, die stets für Fragen zur Verfügung steht und tolle Tipps gibt.」

「Der große Garten mit Pool und Terrasse sind sehr schön.Leider ist das Haus lieblos eingerichtet und sehr schmutzig übergeben worden.Zum Schluss hatten wir noch eine Stromrechnung in Höhe von 167,- Euro für 8 Tage Aufenthalt.Wir werden uns nicht mehr für das Haus entscheiden.」

「We - a family with 2 grown up sons - stayed in the house for almost a week. We mainly did sightseeing in Tuscany, a boat trip to Elba and spent a day at the nearby beach. The house is well equipped with 4 comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned (cave: they charge extra for additional electricity costs), a good sized kitchen and 3 bathrooms.
