If you don't want to maintain the pool, then close it. The front desk personnel, while pleasant, did not seem to know anything about the surrounding area. "This place is amazing! Remodeled rooms with hardwood floors and knotty pine doors and ceiling. SO CLEAN. It was very easy to check in and out. Soon after we entered our room, the inn manager texted me to make sure we were happy with our room. The beds were comfortable and lots of storage space for all the prizes we bought while on vacation. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to visiting again."

"The was my first time staying at a VRBO and this one was more than I expected. There was a bottle of wine, snacks & fully stocked kitchen. There were plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone to have. The place was clean, and the area was very quiet. We were close to restaurants and shops. "We were really impressed with the area, the Yurt, and the location of the property. It was very scenic and quite private, while enjoying the bubbling creek from the attached deck and comfy chairs. Inside, it was nicely appointed and very welcoming for my wife and I on our 21st Anniversary get-away from Coastal Virginia. "Once we arrived, everything was fine. But getting there was a bear! Also, the bunk bed--being the only bed--was a bit difficult to get into, and even more dangerous getting out of. But the place was filled with color and all kinds of hipster decorations--there was even a stuffed party hat! Overall, the drive was arduous up mountain roads with locals lining up behind us 10 and 12 cars long. A fun and weird experience, all said and done. Not sure we would recommend, though."
