Nice room but a bit dated and clean enough but now without flaws. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had little variety.

The Hotel is located near Foggia Railway Station, it is good location especially when we arrive late at night by train, the breakfast is excellent with a lot of selection, the staff is helpful and kind. The restaurant for dinner is well decorated but however the prices are not competitive in the area. That why it is quiet. The Hotel is old with 102 years, the furniture in the lobby, the bedroom and bathroom are outdated, it needs completely renovated and updated into modern electric switch and plugs. How you imagine that you don't have the shower curtain, you have portion of marble curtain. However it needs a lot of investment, I don't think family owned business owner would like to invest the Hotel for future business. According to my opinion, it is not 4 stars Hotel, it should be 3 stars Hotel.Don't give me wrong, the bedroon is big with a lot of space.

The front desk staff was friendly, the room and hotel were clean and in good repair and both were attractive. The only negative was that the woman running running the breakfast room was rude and had a bad cold, wiping her nose on her hand while and before handling dishes and the food.

The hotel used to be a very good one many years ago and that’s why I picked it…wrong choice!!! It needs a total renovation and mostly a real cleaning!! Lots of dust and insect in the room as soon as I activated the fan! Of course no A/C (not working). And on top of that the area around has been through a terrible change with crime and sketchy people at night. Sorry but the glory of the past has gone. Best of luck.

Vicino stazione

Hotel in posizione centrale. Tutto Il Personale è accogliente, professionale e gentile.

Business Travel

The hotel is very close to the train station, an easy walk. Check in was prompt and efficient. My room included breakfast which was fresh and had a great selection of pastries. Coffee was made fresh from a barista machine. I had two issues with the hotel. My visit was in July so it was extremely hot in the region. The A/C kept the room tolerable. I prefer a cooler room and could not get the temperature to my liking. The other problem was the WiFi. Very weak and inconsistent. For a business traveler, this was a little frustrating. Overall, the staff was friendly, property well kept, and I would stay again, hopefully in a cooler season.

Struttura datata.

Mobili scrostati, personale svogliato e poco motivato. Certamente non merita 4 stelle. Nota positiva il ristorante.

Consigliatissimo
