Situated between the Beaufortain and Aravis mountains, between Megève and Albertville, the flat is ideally located just a stone's throw from the slopes (185 km of skiable terrain) and the lake.
- Flumet in winter: a medium-altitude village resort with a ski area linked to the heart of the Espace Diamant, totalling over 185 km of pistes. A slalom stadium, boarder-cross, toboggan runs, themed snowshoe outings, ski school, yooner, snowscoot...
- In summer, Flumet is a tourist hub on the Grandes Alpes route, and the starting point for numerous excursions and hikes.
