"I booked a stay at this facility, got a confirmation and had my credit card charged. The next day, the hotel called me and said they double booked us and were cancelling our reservation. It left us to scramble and end up at a much worse facility."

"Property was not clean and orderly, needs to be updated. Paid for an expensive waterfront balcony room and the chai cushions were moldy and wet. We couldn’t use the balcony. The cushions were wet b/c of a storm the night before, so we understand that, but they shouldn’t be moldy. They had no spare cushions to give us. Very disappointing stay."
