「The room was compact but just perfect for us. The bed and linens were comfortable and clean. Our whole experience was perfect. There is so much to do in Marathon and its environs. We would go back in a heartbeat!」

「Beautiful location for fishing and family boating fun. The pool adds fun for the kids along with access to the Cabana club. This house is within walking distance to a mexican restaurant that was very good and not far from the boat ramp. 」

「Great stay, great location, great host. I do wish the ad mentioned it is on the third floor with no elevator. It was only an issue for one person in our party but it's worth mentioning. Plenty of parking for our boat and ski, pennecamp is easy access for launching ocean side. Would stay again. 」

This was the perfect size for me and the views from the backyard are unreal. I felt safe at night, which is very important to me as a solo female. The unit was clean and has all the basic necessities for a long-term stay. I would 100% stay here again if I’m ever working in the Marathon!! 」

「Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!」

「Pictures do not do justice to this condo or the gorgeous location!! The furniture and artwork were all very tasteful and not your normal plastic fish on the wall. Embroidered sheets, and lush beds and pillows. The best view of the ocean and sunset we could have ever asked for. Quiet, lush landscaping that made us feel like we were in an oasis. The pool was never crowded and there were plenty of chairs available all day. Everyone we met were gracious and kind and there was no "party" atmosphere...

「We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group. The coffee maker was broken when we arrived but a quick call to the property manager and a new one was...
