Great quality
The quality/price rate is excellent. The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good. The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. If you want a beach resort, this is not it.

This is a great hotel option. This is the second time I've stayed at this establishment with my family. Clean rooms, hot water, and good water pressure - all I need. The beds and pillows are not the best, but it is a middle range hotel so don't expect too much.

lamentable que un domingo no haya al menos dos empleados para atender el check in, mas de 25 minutos esperando y una sola persona para un hotel de 160 habitaciones. El broche de decadencia de este hotel fue los 10 reales que nos cobraron el agua caliente para cargar nuestro termo, impresentables
