An easy seamless check-in process making it easy to arrive when we wanted to after leaving northern Italy Bonus having streaming TV for days when we rested in the afternoon Lots of steps to get in that helped walk off all the awesome food We found great trattorias and coffee spots and it was an easy walk into old town. Happy to recommend as a good spot to stay Washing machine was great aa it was good to do wash before departing onto Rome

Very Clean and easy walking distance

The apartment is like an oasis compared to the entry way and street but the location was convenient to almost everything we did ..just a 20 minute walk to most places. 6 minutes from the train station. We would definitely stay there again and felt so comfortable. It was clean and modern. Our hosts were responsive, and kind.

Spacious and Gracious

The check-in process was very clear. The host was very communicative. The space was comfortable, gorgeous and spacious and a short walking distance from everything you want to see in Florence. Highly recommend and would use again!

Great apartment

The apartment is just outside the edge of the old city and most of the well known locations we wanted to visit in Florence. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, and easy to access. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would gladly stay here again.

Florence 5 day stay

The apartment was clean and quiet. Key required patience to get into the property. Flight of stairs with suitcases for people in 70’s need to be informed. Would have preferred extra towels and bed pillows could be improved. Restaurants available in area.

Nice place to stay in Florence

Overall very nice place and would stay again the next time we are in Florence. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and stairs leading up are a bit steep and narrow so be careful when bringing your luggage down. The apartment was clean and nice size for 2 people. Only thing was that the shower is a bit small and tight so may be difficult for bigger people.

10 for 10 recommend!

The condo was very spacious and had great A/C which was great for us visiting in early september. Check in was a little confusing because in the States we don't have this type of living but the management team was very responsive and helped us figure out how to get in. Also was very close to the train station which was a HUGE help. I'd recommend this spot :)

Great Locatio

This flat was the perfect place to start our vacation. It is central to so many sites. It was about a 30 minute still to the Vatican. There is a little restaura right across from the front door with good wine. Trastevere is a place to stay if you want to be around the local scene. We definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice apartment. Well equipped. Comfortable bed and nice lounge area. Bathroom has everything you need. Very quiet. Easy walking distance to downtown area and bus and train station. We would stay there again.

Fun in Florence

This vrbo apartment was quick and easy to find on foot from the train station, plus it was within walking distance to all the main attractions of Florence. The check-in process was flawless, the host was very quick to respond and kind, the apartment was perfect in every way! When coming back to Florence I will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful Place and Great Location

Such a beautiful place. Very clean and easy check in process. It’s in a great location, close to train station and also walkable to town center. We went in August and were so happy with the AC in this apartment. No elevator but it was the 2nd story so it was fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, cute property

The space was very clean and good for 2 people. The shower is has a rainwater shower head but very small single stall. The bed/bedding was very comfortable!! We slept so well there! It is a 15-20 minute walk to the historical area and shopping but we didn’t mind. Stairs are steep so a little tough with luggage but manageable. Overall we loved our time in Florence and recommend this stay.

Lovely space and great location

Apartment was very clean and perfect for our trip. Our friends decided to join us at the last minute, he is a pilot so it was all up in the air as to whether or not they would make it. They did, and we were able to have the sofa bed made up and add them. Check in and directions made everything g easy. Thank you.

Ideal location for Florence sights!

The apartment is very cool - well equipped, so quiet, nicely decorated and ideal for all the fun spots in Florence including the Saturday market. We appreciated the use of the kitchen (due to severe food allergies) My advice would be don’t come by car as we did. The parking is not fun! We look forward to staying again!

Short Stay in Florence

This flat was easy to access, close to the airport tram, and the neighborhood is packed with coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and sightseeing. We arrived early and the cleaner let us leave our bags and get started on our sightseeing. It was very hot during our stay and the a/c made afternoon naps a must after walking around the city. The bed was very comfortable. On our next trip to Florence we will definitely check the availability of this property.

10 minutes walk to Train terminal In the evening lots of restaurants with outside seating. The front door lock is misaligned. You have to pull out slightly to turn. It is on the third floor with no elevator. But love the charm. Very comfortable.

Lovely flat in good location

This flat was beautiful, clean, quiet and close to most things we wanted to do without being dead center in the chaos! Yes, there are stairs, about 26 of them. Press the light button on the wall after you climb each landing to make sure you can see where you're going. If you can't do stairs this isn't your place. The shower is very very small. Other than that it is pretty much a perfect place to stay! Grocery store is out the door to the left, left again at the corner, left again past Trattoria Armando (fabulous restaurant) and down on the left about 2 blocks. Would absolutely stay again, thank you!

Four days in Florence

Overall this was a very nice apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed except a microwave. It was convenient to walking to sites and catching the bus. It was difficult to carry luggage up two flights of stairs but we managed. Florence is a very busy city with cars, motorcycles, and people everywhere. Parking is hard to find. VRBO listing said apartment had parking. App on my phone specifically said on-site parking. But what it was was a public parking garage a block away that cost 30 euros a night. This was not made clear in the listing.

Excellent modern apartment

I get the best of both world in experincing old world charm and modern convenient here. The place is remodeled amd comfortable. The host responds quickly on the phone when i had trouble finding the front foor key. My only conplaint is about supply of toilet paper. had a long stay of 27 days and two rolls of toilet papers is sinply not enough. When i requested for more the host told me to buy my own. Other than this, i was happy to stay here. For a TV person, i would love it if there was a bigger TV. I am totally satisfied with having a smart TV woth Netflix and Youtube. Air conditioning is good!
