The red Loft n.2 is located on the third floor of a modern Building with elevator.

The suite is a spacious room with a big window plenty of light, a brand new kitchenette and a spacious bathroom, that makes it a bright, welcoming and cosy apartment.

The room contains a double bed (160x200 cm), a smart TV and air conditioning. The apartment has just been totally renovated with the new kitchenette equipped with induction stove top, fridge, kettle etc., ample storage, a new bathroom with hand-basin console, WC and a very spacious shower.

Clean laundry Sheets and towels will be provided according to the number of guest.

Excellent location right by the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The host was able to receive me upon arrival and accommodate an early check-in. He walked me through the basics of the loft and there was an instruction manual. The amenities were good and the bed was comfortable.

Great location in Florence for walking to all the sites. We did not have cell coverage unless we were on Wi-Fi so the communication process was a little glitchy. Luckily, I had told them when our train arrived so someone saw us searching for the location and helped us get into the unit. The address on the listing is a bit confusing and I don’t know that we would’ve found it without some assistance.The apartment is fine but could definitely use some updating. The shower was hard to use without getting water on the floor and there was no place to put soap.

Perfect for what we needed. Location amazing.

This property was perfect for what we needed - mainly, a place to sleep while we explored Florence and surrounding areas. You absolutely cannot beat the location - the only times we needed a taxi were from the train station (and only because of our luggage), and to the airport. Otherwise, everything was a five to twenty-minute walk.

Great spot!

The stay was excellent! Perfect location to walk into the city center and so easy to get around. Simone gave me some great recommendations for my stay at day of check-in. Checkin and out were so easy with Simone waiting for me outside when I got out of the taxi. Overall this is a great space and location is perfect even for a solo female traveler. Felt very safe walking back to the place at night . Would 100% recommend and stay again. Thanks for the stay!!

Great Location

This place was excellent for the way we travel small but in the perfect location right at the south end of the Ponte Vecchia, near shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store. The bed was listed as a double but seemed much bigger than that, with an excellent mattress and great linens. The kitchen is small with just a cooktop, good for making small quick meals like breakfast.
