The elegance in the heart of Florence

  • The apartment guarantees high standards of cleanliness given the covid emergency.
    I take minimum 24 hours between check out and the next check in for cleaning, airing and to make a complete sanitizing of the apartment with professional products and dry steam.
    In addition I provide the apartment with masks, gloves and disinfectant gel for my guests.
    The apartment has been lovingly renovated with prestigious finishing in April 2014. There are two bedrooms, one with a French bed and the other with two single beds. Al the beds have mattress and pillows in memory foam There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one ensuite with jacuzzi, equipped kitchen, large living room with a sofa-bed for two people more.
    On request is available baby cot.
    Guests have free wi-fi, smart TV, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, jacuzzi, DVD and CD player, heater, air conditioning, iron + board, safe.

This was an excellent property. Close to the train station so a taxi was not needed. Also easily walkable to all sights in Florence. Was nice to have so much space. All amenities as shown in the add. Ricardo was great. Met us at the property and was available any time if we needed anything. I would stay here again.

This residence was lovely and rustic. It was near the center of heart of Florence and a short walk away from the Duomo and many other historic locations that are worth visiting. Ricciardo was extremely helpful and lovely. The residence was comfortable and had all the amenities of a home so you did not feel like you were staying anywhere foreign. Would highly recommend as there are many restaurants and shopping areas nearby, and the tourist sites are all walkable distance as well!

Great location and spacious flat

Nice apartment close to the train station

Stayed 3 nights. Comfortable beds, clean apartment. Highly recommended if you need accommodation near the train station. Attentive host and bottle of wine included!

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed here for a week during spring break and had a wonderful time. The apartment is so close to the train station and many cute restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were so comfortable! That is always my biggest worry but thankfully they were perfect.

Florence Adventure

We had an enjoyable time at the apartment. Almost everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Our flight came in early, we were able to check in early. Would recommend this place to stay!

Wonderful apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. Great place to stay in Florence!

Riccardo was an exceptional host! He was a great communicator leading up to trip, met us at apartment, giving excellent instructions, and throughout our trip. The apartment is beautiful and even more spacious in person. It has everything you need and so close to great coffee shops, restaurants, and attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful holiday!!

Great Apartment and Location !

Stayed at this location for 3 nights with my wife. What a perfect location for seeing a lot of the major attractions while in Florence. Walking distance to everything. Including some great restaurants and shops. Check in and out with Ricardo could not have been easier. Very helpful and allowed freedom to really enjoy the city. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this location. We hope to return soon someday.

Overall very nice place to stay. Communication with Riccardo was exceptional and he provided good directions and instructions once there. The park across the street was great to have in the evenings. Lighting in kitchen could be brighter

Florence in February

Our stay was wonderful. Riccardo was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. It located in a great location near to the Santa Novella train station, the tram stop that is there, and a short walk to the central market. The area was very quiet. I would book it again for sure.

Family Trip to Florence Great Location

The apartment is central to everything! Thank goodness for AC as Florence was HOT during our visit! The apartment was clean, easy to find, and host was great! Public transportation was so accessible! We even took train to Pisa for the day it was a great stay! Thank you for everything

Beautiful and convenient location

The property is beautiful and well appointed with modern bathrooms. Be prepared for a lot of stairs (from the lobby, up two levels and from the lower floor with the bedrooms/game room/one bathroom and the upper floor with kitchen/family room/gorgeous patio/2nd bathroom). There are groceries and restaurants within walking distance (3-7 blocks) and the bus stop on Corso Gelone can get you quickly to Ortigia.

Wonderful stay in Firenze

We were four ladies traveling together and this apartment was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and on the edge of the busier tourist areas. Major sites were in walking distance. There were wonderful restaurant’s just down the street. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Our host Ricardo met us at check in and reviewed details of the apartment with us. Our stay was delightful. If I returned to Florence, I would definitely stay there again.
