Tornabuoni - Flo Apartments centro storico

In the heart of the historic center of Florence, close to Via Tornabuoni, the most elegant shopping road of Florence, and to Piazza della Signoria and to Ponte Vecchio, our brand new charming apartment is the ideal place to appreciate the art and the culture of our beautiful city.
The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator (15 steps) of an antique and typical building in Via delle Terme, a quite alley which, starting from Piazza Santa Trinita, brings to the old Porcelino's market and Ponte Vecchio.
It has been recently restored with the recovery of the typical old wooden ceiling, charateristic of the Florentine houses. The apartment is tastefully decorated with attention to details and comforts, being able to create a perfect mix between rustic and modern functionality. It can host up until 6 people and it offers all you need to make your holiday unforgattable.

Walking into the apartment you will find an entrance equipped with a comfortable coat rack and a rack to place your suitcase or/and your shoes
From here the hallway, onto which the double bedrooms and the bathroom overlook, leads us into the living area, the fulcrum the conviviality of the house.
The bright living room whose widows overlook the street and the rooftops, is furnished with a cupboard, a comfortable sofa bed which can be easly turned into a double bed, a glass and steel made pull out table and a flat TV screen with Netflix
The wide kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever you want to.

The double bedrooms are both warm and cozy, enriched with original details which made them unique enviroments. Both bedrooms are furnished with wardrobe and the master room has also a little desk for those who need to work with the PC.

THE DISTRICT

Please be aware that Florence is not a car friendly city, so avoid to arrive driving, if you can!
Since our apartment is located in a limited traffic zone, we made an agreement with Garage delle Terme, right next to the building, for our guests arriving by car. Here you can park your car and forget about it for the rest of your holiday, since all the sightseeings of Florence are at a walkable distance.

Wi-Fi, air-condition and heating cover the whole apartment.

The guests have access to the entire apartment, as described.

The apartment is provided with automatic access and self check-in system, to make you able to unhurriedly arrive whenever you want to, after 3:00 pm, without having to worry about arranging an appointment for the check-in. All you need is a smarthphone to access and submit your personal data to the application for the check-in.
Otherwise, if you want, we will be pleased to meet you to, but we have to arrange an appointment between 3.00 pm and 8.00 pm.
Late check-in arrival time must be arranged at least 48 hours prior to arrival date with the host.
For any late check-ins a Euro 30,00 late check-in fee will be applied.
Checkout is within 10 am
According to the Italian law, guests must register their documents and sign a rental agreement.
Florence Tourism Tax: € 5,50 per day per person (over 12 years old) is collected by Airb

Really close to the beautiful Piazza Santa Trinita, and the namesake bridge which has a beautiful view over Ponte Vecchio, the apartment is located right in the heart of the historic city of Florence, really close to everything you would like to see: Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza Duomo, Museo del Bargello, the House where Dante was born, Buonarroti's House, a palace-museum of the XVII century with frescoes and the first Michelangelo's illustration and marble statue, Piazza Santa Croce with the beautiful Basilica. And for those who love shopping the apartment is 100 meters away to the elegant and well known Via Tornabuoni, where you can find the most famous Italian fashion brands.
This area has plenty of restaurants taverns and clubs, that animate squares and streets with their outdoor, especially during summertime. restaurants, trattorie and pubs that create a lovely atmosphere in the squares, especially during summer. Here you can enjoy the best Tuscan food, a quick snack, a romantic dinner or an Italian aperitivo.
Ideal for couples or family, the area offers everything you might need during your stay.
