Pleasant and spacious apartment: a large and welcoming entrance which also serves as a sitting room leads on one side to the large and bright double bedroom which overlooks via dei Servi and on the other to the spacious and complete kitchen, with a table for 6 people. Following the corridor you reach the second double bedroom which overlooks the terraces and internal gardens. Ideal for a family or a group of friends, it has two bathrooms (one of which with shower, toilet and sink only) located in the two opposite corridors. The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher w wifi connection. It is located on the second floor without a lift, in the very central Via dei Servi, a 4-minute walk from Piazza Duomo and a 5-minute walk from the Church of San Lorenzo and the Central Market. The street is pleasant and quiet despite being full of clubs and shops and supermarkets.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
