Awesome location!

The location is perfect. Just off the beaten path but still in the heart of the action. Great restaurants and cafes on the square that the property sits. Even with a restaurant next door, it was quiet and relaxing. The building is old, so it’s a little funky but super fun!

Spacious Historic Home

This was the most interesting and spacious home we stayed in while visiting Italy. The beds were comfortable; however, the pullout sofa was not. The host was great. Location was good. We walked everywhere, and there were a lot of restaurants pretty close.

What a wonderful surprise! We were two couples, in Florence for a four day stop. This wonderful apartment had it all. Location-check, Equipped kitchen-check, sitting room-double check. The bonus was Jacobo, who owns the Pop cafe right outside the door. Concierge for us!!

We loved our stay. Everyone was really helpful and great with communication. The location was perfect and everything was nearby. We walked everywhere and they even sent us referrals of places to eat and check out. Would definitely book again and refer to others!

Home away from home!

Wonderful! From the minute we got to the apt, we had a great time! The location couldn’t have been any better. The apt was well stocked with kitchen needs, the beds were comfortable, and they had everything you could need. washer/dryer, lovely living room where we could sit at the end of the day, and most of all, a wine store right around the corner. Well come back.

Eclectic Apartment in a Great Neighborhood

This is a fantastic traditional apartment in a centuries old building. It was perfect for our family of 4 and a great launching point for our 4 days in Florence. The layout is spread out between 2 floors with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. It sits on the side of a very active piazza with several highly rated restaurants and daily street market. It's far enough from the center of Florence to avoid tourist prices and yet easily walkable to the Duomo and other attractions. We will look to stay here again on our next trip to Florence.

Great location

Great location. Some late night noise from next-door café but nothing that was too disturbing. Close location to Museums, Café and shopping. Apartment is located in town square that hosts farmers markets, craft fairs, and other fun activities each day of the week. fantastic location.

Dreamy place!

Wow! This place is just gorgeous, I could live there forever! Excellent layout for 2 couples, clean rooms, comfy beds, even though it’s located in a busy, lively piazza, when you close your bedroom door it’s peaceful and quiet. I can’t wait to return and stay longer.

A wonderful stay!

We had a most wonderful time at this beautiful home. It had everything and then some. It was truly magical and the beds were super comfy and loved the two separate living areas. I would highly recommend this home and the area is great! Many restaurants and so much night life!

Ferenze escape

Apt is on the 1st floor right in the Piazza which was great. Convenient for restaurants, bars and access to downtown. Will definitely book again next time in town.

Florence for 5 days

Florence hits all the buttons. Good apartment, good food, good attractions. Our stay was in a beautiful plaza with excellent food choices and active night and day activities. Added a gelato/pizza class up in a country estate that was the best for learning and eating let alone the views of this area of Tuscany!

Another lovely place to stay in Firenze

Piazza Santo Spirito is lively, close to places you want to visit but with a neighborhood feel. The apartment is roomy though at night a bit noisy from bars and restaurants. If you don’t mind the locals having a good time nearby, I highly recommend it.

Lovely Close to everything but far enough away from the crowds. 8-10 4.5+ rated restaurants nearby Piazza is very vibrant and for the young and the locals Would definitely recommend and will stay the next time we are in Florence.

We can't say enough about this property! Beautiful, charming place with an amazing location. Walkable distance to all of the sites, check. Perfect cappuccinos right next door, check. Crazy good food in any direction (especially Braceria!), check check check. If we are ever in Firenze again, we will stay here!!

Santo Spirito Dream was truly a dream property

Santo Spirito Dream lived up to our expectations and beyond. This was a fantastic property! We loved the location. Loved the restaurants and daily market right outside our door. It was clean and nicely decorated. We felt right at home. They accommodated our early arrival by letting us store our luggage at the property until the cleaning was done. We were two couples so having two separate living areas, one on the main level and one in the lower level was greatly appreciated. The only negative was that the safe didn’t work. Absolutely would recommend this property highly! We hope to stay here again

Live Like a Florentine

This apartment was amazing! It was in a lively local area with daily markets (produce, goods), making you feel like a Florentine! Spacious for 4 adults and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds, laundry, fans, a/c, labeled switches, kitchen basics (dishes, small appliances, dishwasher, etc.), cable/smart TV's, books/resources and internet. On first floor, so no stairs and easy walking access to restaurants, museums, bridges over Arno River, groceries, etc. Highly recommend-the owner has made some great updates to the apartment in a 500+ year old building. Would stay here again!

Excellent experience

My family of 5 (3 teen boys and husband) had a great experience here. It had everything we needed (including laundry). Everything was clean and the decor reflected the “Italy-feeling” that you would be looking for by staying in this area on this fantastic piazza. The location is very convenient and though it is a very active square, the noise level is not nearly as intrusive as you would think. I am a fairly light sleeper, and worried a bit about the night noise, but I brought earbuds and slept with no trouble. We would definitely stay here again. The only hesitation I would mention is - if you are a super light sleeper or prefer a more isolated experience, this may not fit your needs. But if you want to be in a place where locals hang and have good food within yards of your front door… this place is perfect. There’s a local market that pops up every weekend- so great to shop right out the front door and stash it back at the room before walking over to the “tourist areas”.
