Located on the first floor of a historic and prestigious building, equipped with a lift, the apartment is located in a central but extraordinarily quiet area, surrounded by period buildings and a refined atmosphere.



This prestigious residence stands out for its large spaces and meticulous attention to detail, where every architectural and furnishing element has been carefully studied to give a sense of luxury and elegance. The magnificent decorated floors, the refined moldings, the classy furniture and the spectacular frescoed ceilings contribute to creating a sophisticated and enveloping environment, perfect for those who want to live an authentic experience in the cradle of the Renaissance.



The apartment, spacious and bright, can accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to its two double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed located in the mezzanine. The large size is spread over numerous rooms:
