Lorenzo is an AMAZING host! He had many tremendous suggestions:- Fantastic suggested trips to the surrounding Tuscany region with wonderful drivers- Personal chef (Luca and Max were amazing) who came to the apartment preparing an incredible Tuscan dinner- Best places to eatand more...And the apartment is absolutely incredible with the best location in the city and jaw-dropping views. Lorenzo was immediately responsive with any request. We truly could not have had a better time and Lorenzo and his apartment made it magical.

We loved our 3 nights in Firenze in this wonderful apartment! The location could not be better - close to the Duomo and within walking distance to all other sites and great restaurants. Lorenzo and Monica were very responsive and helpful. The rooftop patio is amazing - it's unfortunate that we had some rain when we were there and couldn't take full advantage of it. We would highly recommend this apartment!

This was our first trip to Italy. The location was perfect. Walkable to everything. Views from terrace were breathtaking! We used owner recommendations for private transfers, private chef and private guided walking tour. All were spectacular! One of our highlights was a restaurant recommendation for pienza. The most memorable view and food. We will be back!

Perfect location and wonderful apartment! We loved our stay and Lorenzo was so helpful from beginning to end. The property was very clean and had a nice, modern kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 nice clean full bathrooms and an unbelievable view from the spacious terrace. The property is exactly as advertised. The host is very responsive and took care of anything we needed. The views from the rooftop deck are spectacular. The apartment is an excellent choice for a visit to Florence. The most iconic attractions and historical nuggets are within walking distance. The view from the apartment is beautiful in every direction. The terrace is roomy and a relaxing place to enjoy a glass of wine. Very comfortable and stylish furnishings and there is every thing that is expected in a Five Star accommodation.

Beautiful, well-stocked apartment with an amazing balcony. Although we packed relatively light, the elevator was a welcomed feature as was the washing machine. Great communication with Lorenzo before and during the stay. His help to arrange a private car for a day trip to the countryside resulted in our group’s favorite part of the trip. The location was central to most things we had planned and was close enough for us to walk with our luggage to the train station. Excellent choice for your stay in Florence.

This is a unique property if you are looking for something special in the heart of Florence. The view from the roof top terrace and main bedroom takes your breath away especially at night with the Duomo all lit up. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic flat in the heart of Florence! This flat is right next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (aka Duomo). The flat is on the top floor of the building, providing a quiet oasis and a much needed respite from the insanity on the streets below. Sitting on the beautiful patio you can hear the faint sounds of activity on the street and performers in the square in front of Basilica di San Lorenzo. Directly across the street is a full featured grocery store with reasonable prices and lovely restaurants and bars just steps from the front door. Great place to experience and enjoy Florence.

Everything about this apartment is perfect. Its location couldn't be more ideal. Centrally located in the heart of Florence and in walking distance to everything! The apartment is well designed for comfort and modern living. The views are spectacular from not only the windows, but even more so from the beautiful patio roof deck. Staying in this property was a highlight of our adventures in Italy! The space is clean, modern and functional. The terrace is icing on the cake, so comfortable and well appointed, with a view that can’t be beat! The location couldn’t be better, we really felt like part of the neighborhood, steps from restaurants, shops, and the main square. Just be aware, you need to be able to navigate at least one flight of stairs with your luggage; as long as you can handle that, don’t pass up the opportunity to stay in this property!

This place is worth every penny. Unlike a lot of short-term rentals this place is as beautiful as the photos. Modern, stylish, clean and exactly in the middle of Florence within a three to nine min. walk of literally every part of Florence - from the river to the train station. The outdoor deck and views are unbelievable and makes the super small elevator and one and a half story climb to the elevator worth it. It is small bit my wife and our two grown daughters had plenty of room. And the host - Lorenzo was super accommodating and responsive regarding arrival and departure, arranging a private chef and dinner resos.

3 adults spent 3 lovely nights in this property. If you can rent this do it! The location is amazing and the view from the wonderful deck is amazing! We sat outside every morning and every night. The beds were comfortable and the home is stocked with everything you need. Lorenzo and his assistant were easy to communicate with and we were even met at the door upon arrival. The stairs are significant but the small elevator is a huge help. I would recommend this rental and would rent it again without a doubt. Loved our stay in Florence! Thanks so much!

This apartment was perfect! The rooftop deck was beautiful, as well as the interior of the apartment. And the perfect view of the Doumo from the master bedroom was incredible. I cannot complement the owner, Lorenzo, enough! He was always extremely responsive to all my requests. He connected us with a wonderful tour guide, Sara, who made our stay so special. We would have never been able to fully appreciate what we were seeing at theUfizzi and Accademia without her expertise. Lorenzo also provided us with perfect restaurant recommendations! I really can’t complement him enough or the property! I would definitely stay there again, and will recommend it to all my friends! Grazie to Lorenzo for a fabulous Florence experience!

This was my 4th time using VRBO and by far the best experience in terms of ease of communication and planning! Lorenzo was simply awesome! He always got back to me promptly and answered all my questions. He arranged drivers and tour guides. He made dinner reservations for us with restaurants that didn't have on line reservations and also his suggested restaurants were fantastic( and we are picky foodies!) Location: couldn't be better! Walk down stairs to stores, wineshop( Cheryl is great!) groceries, big FUN market and about 1000 restaurants. Apartment is cozy but has everything you need and it was nice to stretch out and have our own baths! And the deck!!!!!!! Have already sent to all my friends! We spent a week here and except for one day trip really got to relax and learn about this wonderful city! Grazie mille Lorenzo!
