The apartment is extremely quiet and has been renovated in December 2016 to ensure your stay is is even more pleasant.

An incredible stay!

This property was just perfect. Spacious, clean, in the perfect location. We loved having this as our homebase as we explored Florence. Rafaella was super accessible, and helpful. The views from the apartment were incredible. It was so helpful have laundry. We hope to return!

The Best View in Florence!

My husband and I just completed our dream vacation to Italy. Rafaella and Pietro were the perfect, welcoming hosts offering a wonderful apartment with a stunning view of the Duomo in the center of Florence. The check in and check out process was a breeze and we appreciated the helpful tips that our hosts provided for things to see and places to visit. We also appreciated the bottle of wine! The apartment was neat, clean, and close to everything. We loved it! It was a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home in Florence.

Best Ever VRBO!

The property is just as great as the photos and the host was incredibly gracious and helpful. The view of the Domus is spectacular! The location is perfectly situated so you are close to everything. I would definitely stay again at Asso’s Place!

Great apartment in a great location!

Piero and Rafaela are the best hosts. The apartment has extremely comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. The terrace is small but lovely. I would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Raffaella was very helpful and responsive both at check-in and check-out. The apartment was centrally located, large and comfortable, and well stocked with all the basics. I particularly enjoyed having my morning coffee with a view of the Duomo from our window.

We had a very easy time in communicating with Piero trying to book his apartment he and his property manager were always available with any questions and concerns , which helped us feel at home at the apartment and feel at home in Florence . We absolutely fell in love with this apartment. It was very large compared to most European apartments we've rented. It had fantastic views of the Duomo, and it was decorated beautifully. The host was fantastic too. We will definitely rent it again next time we are in Florence!

Fabulous apartment with a fabulous location

We were right in the heart of everything and the apartment was very well appointed—we actually had paper towels and fresh flowers, olive oil and other thoughtful supplies. In addition, the apartment was quiet especially considering that Florence was packed. We would stay here again and again.

Perfect in every way

This apartment is in a great location, is spacious and well laid out, and comfortably furnished. The two separate bedrooms worked well for traveling with friends and maintaining privacy. Both Piero and Raffaella are amazing hosts, the best I've ever encountered with short term rentals such as this, and we will be returning annually!

Best Vrbo experience ever!

Attention to detail- from fresh flowers to beautiful high quality linens to cozy comforts (throws to snuggle in, comfy beds and couches ) right in the thick of Florence! Rafealla was wonderful- provided great recommendations. Truly loved our stay. Only negative was hot showers which they quickly fixed! Highly recommend this for spacious luxury space for 4 guests! Wonderful!!!
