Traveled with my son and found the hotel very convenient and comfortable for us. The owner was very helpful from before the trip all the way through to our return home. He was very helpful in local businesses and provided guidance on where to go off the beaten path. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location close to the main plaza and many sights The hotel was quiet only this the pillows were very thin Shower was great air conditioning was great overall yes I would stay here again self service laundry was close by Also there was a family owed cafe called Jolly was excellent food was delicious service even better Thank you

We stayed in this property for multiple days. While we appreciated the AC and reprieve from the streets, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. There were pimple patches left on the bathroom wall from whoever had stayed before us, and generally the room was dusty and not the best-kept. While we did feel safe while staying here, this property provides you with the bare minimum in terms of comfort and quality, so please keep that in mind if you choose to stay here. Great location, walkable to many sites and food options.

This was a basic, no frills, shared bathroom, unit. But it served me well. As a solo traveler, I would stay again. The location was great. I never saw any other guests.

The location was fabulous. We walked everywhere in Florence. Our room had an en suite, shower and toilet, comfy queen size bed, simple but clean, friendly staff and everything we needed.

Property is in a nice location. Had a room with bathroom that was super small, I'm 5'6" and had a hard time moving inside. There was a lots of construction on the street and makes the place looks like a mess. Had a couple eating and drinking spots right outside, which made it easy to get breakfast and anything to eat at any time.

The entire check-in process was confusing, and the communication with the staff was quite poor. It took over an hour for them to answer my call while waiting in front of the building! First, you are required to pay the city tax online before receiving an email containing the access codes and instructions for entering the property. The process was confusing , which made the arrival experience unnecessarily difficult. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very slow ( mostly didn’t work) during my stay, and the TV in my room was also not functioning. The location was good, but apart from that, the overall experience was disappointing. 3* only because of the location!

The staff was very nice and helpful . The place was near the train station and walkable to most of attractions. But the place was not maintained well and no housekeeping or free fresh towels for more than one day stay . Bathroom is shared and toilet seat was movable . It was not worthy the money .

Staff were very good. No air conditioning until May apparently. The bathroom was small but everything worked. We had a few mosquitoes and the cleaning person brought us a little pad with repellent. The walls were paper thin so you could hear every word from other guests. Bring your ear plugs. The location was very convent and the cafe on the corner has the best staff.
