Totally ok

It was a nice apartment, good with two bathrooms. It is a bit to walk to the city centre, it took us around 20 minutes. We missed to see that we had to check in at the hotel reception when we arrived to the apartment so we had to walk for around 15 minutes to get to the hotel reception at the check in, but the staff was really helpful and payed for our taxi to the way back to the apartment. It was good with two bathrooms for us 4 friends but the bedsofa wasn´t made when we arrived, we had to call the reception and after a while they came and settled it. Overall really helpful and nice staff but we didn´t expect to be so far to the city center.

Sehr gut Unterkunft für Kurzaufenthalte. Lediglich mangelt es etwas and Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, sofern man in der Küche kochen möchte.

The apartment was very nice ... however the shower leaked all over floor which attracted ants. They sent someone to fix shower but the silicone did not work and it continued to leak. Also no one came to clean the whole week we were there, when asked we were told it cost extra. Had to ask for clean towels, and toilet paper ran out. And the bed was a bit too hard for my comfort.

Me gusto todo fue excelente, la única observación es resolver lo de buscar la llave en otro sitio. Debe haber un procedimiento de con una llamada mandar las llaves o dejar la llave en caja de seguridad externa

Everything is great. The only thing that is a bit conversome is the fact that have to go to a different place to do the check in and it was not evident in the confirmation. We got to the place and realized there was no lobby, read again the email, and then go to the other place to check in, to finally come back and get in. I would write the note about check in up above in the email.

Check in is at a different hotel, they ordered us a cab from check-in hotel to this apartmenr. The apartment was infested with flies. They provided us with a WhatsApp number which we called and they reluctantly send someone. The gentlemen thet sent moved us to a new apparment. The new property had no hot water so we called again and they sent the same getleman who was able to fix it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, all we could feel was springs. Although the hotel was able to sort out the majority of issues, this was very frustrating. The property is about 2km from the inner city. Its a long 45min walk particularly on hot summer days this is very exhausting. There is a bus near by but particularly annoying planning your day around a bus timetable. I would not suggest staying here. It is very far from the inner city.

Luxury but not recommended.

I had 2 apartments. Both of them are luxury flats, nicely finished. I would not come back here though. In both cases the keys collection is about 20 minutes walk away. Honestly from the flats. The flats are owned by an hotel in the city centre. Furthermore, when I got into the second flat, it was literally invaded by small flying insects. I spent a good 40 minutes to get rid of them. Also, the flat is in the basement and there's no indication of its location.

Very unclean apartments, neglected by management.

There were disgusting fruit flies everywhere. The A/C did not work when we got into the apartment (they had to send us batteries by courier). The WIFI stopped working on day 2. And the check in is 1km away from the hotel, it makes for a very long, hot walk.

Our unit had several issues, both shower heads were broken, one of which fell while showering. The bathroom toilet continued to run water after flushing. A piece of molding from the door frame fell on me. The heater was shut off and there was no hot water in a the unit so in the middle of the night we were switched rooms

The overall property was fine. There were two glaring issues, however. The bed was literally a box spring with no mattress. Try to sleep on a springs, I dare you. The other issue is their washing machine took 4 hours to finish! We were up all night listening to the darn thing. We actually didn't sleep at all. One of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

Bellissimo appartamento

Appartamento bellissimo, moderno, e con piccolo balcone. Accoglienza perfetta ed anche se il check-in è distante dall’appartamento siamo stati accompagnati gratuitamente tramite auto da operatori dell’hotel. Unica cosa che ha ridotto il comfort è il mancato funzionamento di entrambi le abat jour del letto. Quindi era necessario alzarsi dal letto per accendere le luci della camera. Probabilmente adesso avranno però già risolto. Anche i cassetti della cucina probabilmente hanno bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione, ma sono cose di poco conto rispetto al rapporto di qualità/prezzo dell’appartamento.

Сложная система заселения, чтобы получить ключи надо ехать за 1,5 км в другой отель. Хорошо что мы были на машине. Отличные апартаменты, но проблема со стоком воды в душе и раковинах, ленивый сантехник.

The property is lovely but it’s 15 mins away from the city which is really just too far. The bus is convenient but as I live in the city at home I don’t want to be commuting while on holidays. Once we had shopping so a taxi was about 15-20 euros. The staff were helpful and if you need space it’s a nice apartment but the location didn’t work for us.

An amazing apartment with one big disappointment. The beds were INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE! I could not sleep on the mattress and had to put the two blankets and the throw under a sheet to try and make the mattress more comfortable! Fortunately it was warm enough to just sleep under a sheet
