Our room was lovely, clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and very helpful!, breakfast was amazing, they cater for everyone. The restaurant staff really friendly and accommodating, we had a birthday meal there which they made extra special too, and overall our stay was made better ( if that’s possible) due to the above. I truly loved my stay. It was the perfect hotel for me as a female solo traveler. The room was a little small for my big luggage but I was able to accommodate everything. The location was perfect, the breakfast was great as well, and the staff were very nice. I recommend it and would stay again!

Il Rivalta – Place of Charm is a clean and well maintained property in an excellent central location. The room was comfortable and nicely designed, and the surrounding area is full of character and within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions. While it wasn’t completely quiet at times, the overall experience was very pleasant. A great place to stay in Florence.

5 night stay in Florence, arrived a couple of hours ahead of check-in time but were lucky enough the room was ready for us. Amazing room with a huge shower and jacuzzi in the bathroom. River view bedroom with comfortable bed and memory foam pillows. The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the River Arno. The courtyard is lively and the roof terrace has spectacular views. It’s lovely to sit up there watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Our superior room was spacious and faced the courtyard. It was comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast is the most varied continental breakfast I’ve ever seen. We would definystay here again.

The hotel is lovely and well located. Posh shopping right around the corner. Excellent restaurants all around and the one attached to the hotel is excellent. Staff is lovely. I had an old Italian room turned into a hotel room with the beautiful painted ceiling and all the gorgeous old world trimmings. So nice to see this waking and going to sleep. Beautifully done, so very pleased.
