In the heart of Florence, between the splendid Santa Croce basilica and the lively Sant'Ambrogio district, our house really suits the needs of every tourist. It includes a large living area with living room and equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with a small en suite bathroom) and a bedroom with two single beds. There are three bathrooms, all recently renovated. The apartment, on the third floor without elevator, is part of a small 4-storey building which also includes a splendid condominium roof terrace (typical Florentine loggetta) from which it is possible to enjoy a splendid view of the main monuments of the city.

Perfect apartment for us

The apartment was just right for our stay! Everything was neat and clean, and from it we easily walked all over Florence, including several trips to Santa Maria Novella station for day trips. The caffe on the corner was a great place to start our day. If we are fortunate enough to ever return to Florence, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Florence

We enjoyed our stay at this cute apartment in Florence. The roof top patio was a great bonus. The rooms were clean and the towels were great. Close to a lot of great restaurants. The only issue we had was very minor. We wished that there was ice cube trays as ice was hard to find. Overall we would definitely recommend this apartment.

Good located; possible to walk for sightseeing and for visiting bars and restaurants. You need strong legs for reaching the 4th floor with your luggage 😜😅. The property manager answers immediately, if you have a question. Check- in- process via internet: you have to be used to it, if you are not 20 years old…

Our host was amazing. The apartment was very close to cafe’s, restaurants, the Duomo and Il Campo. It apartment had lovely antique pieces and ceiling frescos. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property

Our host Silvia and her son Max were very gracious hosts. They had many wonderful suggestions for in and around Florence. The property was exactly how it was described. lovely Santa Croce

The property was great - very convenient to all of Florence. It felt like a very modern apartment and while we didn't cook, the kitchen was amazing. We did ';t cook because there were some fabulous restaurants and coffee shops literally on the block. The Vikey system was a little confusing at check-in but the host was very fast to respond and was very accommodating. We highly recommend!

Florence Family Vacation

When finding this property in Florence it seemed too good to be true. There must be a catch. But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The location was close to everything. The cafes, restaurants and stores were right outside the front door. The store right around the corner (about 20 steps away from the front door had everything you need). The host provided us with all the information we needed and gave a few recommendations. If you have a chance to take a wine tour reach out to Tuscany Tours by Angie! The tour of Tuscany was definitely a memorable one! Florence was very memorable and beautiful. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious, the beds are comfortable, three great bathrooms and very modern with air conditioners in every room. Silvia went way beyond to make our comfortable our family vacation very comfortable and memorable. If ever in Florence again, this will be my first choice to stay. Thanks again for everything!

owner cancelled 2 hours before check-in

I can't speak to the cleanliness or comfort of this property, as I never saw it. After a few text exchanges with Sylvia around where to find the check-in details, I received a text from her 2 hours before the arranged check-in time saying "Cathy, I am sorry but we have a problem with your reservation. You will be contact by VRBO in order to resolve it". In my email inbox there was promptly an email from her titled "Payment refund for reservation..." There was no explanation, either from Sylvia or from VRBO, nor did I ever receive one. We arrived in Florence to meet up with the rest of our group of 7 people and spent 90 minutes scrambling to find a place for us all to stay. In order not to miss out on what was left of our short time with family, we spend 3x the cost of the VRBO on hotel rooms for all of us. I'll be honest, I didn't even realize this was a possibility... that my reservation could be cancelled hours before I arrived with no explanation. I still don't know what happened. I'm assuming she double-booked by accident. I never heard anything from VRBO and the most I got out of Sylvia (after 7 text messages went unanswered) was a text saying she was sorry and that this had "never happened to her either." She did offer to help me find another apartment (5 hours after she cancelled), but by then it was dark out and I had already booked us hotel rooms so we could store our bags and go to dinner. Yeah. I won't be booking with them again. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Great space, modern kitchen and bathrooms right by Sant Croce

We were only in town overnight to show our grown daughters Florence so it was very busy. They graciously let us leave our overnight bags while the cleaners were there. We were a bit surprised that there wasn’t basic soap and shampoo, but bought some at the market right around the corner. A really nice use of space with three bedrooms and three modern bathrooms along with a washer and dryer.

Amazing stay in Florence!!

When we arrived in Florence the instructions provided to find the apartment was perfect. The check in process was seamless and easy. And the apartment was beautiful! So clean, modern and well kept. Very spacious. And the location was prime! We could walk to the things we wanted to see and we found cabs easily as well. Loved the coffee shops right next door. Was a fantastic place to stay for the 5 of us. And the photos didn’t do it justice, such a nice place! Definitely would recommend!

A perfect house for a perfect holiday! Silvia was a wonderful host. She was very flexible as our arrival time kept changing. The pictures do not do this place justice.
