I did not stay at this property because the minute we checked in it looked like a prison. I gave it a chance by waiting on the room and when we were presented the room, it did look like a prison cell , the bathroom was all funky and moldy. we had to scramble for a hotel room right away online and left in a hurry. This is a disaster Expedia you should never list this hotel because it is non-operating it is dirty it has mold and it is just dirty, repulsive hideous in the building is falling apart. I am gonna file a claim and it’s a good thing I got insurance for this reservation. l.

The place was extremely disappointing. No phones in rooms, key was tricky to use, and if there was a fire it would have been stressful to get out.no light blocking curtains, no bath mats, bathroom sink was plugged and nothing was done to fix it although we reported. It x2. Shower stall was disgusting and NO HOT WATER during our stay. The walls in our room looked like they slapped a coat of paint over mould stains and there were stains on the walls. There was no place to get coffee I could go on but you can get a sense of what it was like. Staff was great and helpful but I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very strong Smoking smell on the room and bathroom even though we don’t smoke. Struggled to sleep at night due to that smell. As we had a pram. Staff was very helpful to take the pram upstairs to the room. However, if there was big it would have been very helpful.

Struttura vecchia, arredata male e senza alcun servizio. Bagno vecchio, piccolo e scomodo. Lo split dell'aria condizionata aveva lo scarico della condensa in un bidone che si è riempito durante la notte e ha allagato la stanza, che ho dovuto asciugare con gli asciugamani, dal momento che la mattina non c'è personale.

La peor experiencia / THE WORST EXPERIENCE

Pésimo servicio, carísima la tarifa para la calidad del hotel. Hotels.com dijo que me iban a cobrar !5 Euros y cobraron 60.00 La recepción pésima, mal trato, apresurando a pagar y no hablan Inglés ni Español ni portugues, que son los idiomas que hablo. El baño de la habitación con olor a drenaje. la ducha fallando mucho de salir muy caliente bajaba a muy fría En la ficha de Hotels.com decía que había caja fuerte y secador de pelo y no había nada de eso. El desayuno caro y solo dan pan, jugos y café, de lo peor. La ubicación muy mal, lejos de todo y los taxis muy caros para llevarte a la estación del tren. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA Terrible service, very expensive rate for the quality of the hotel. Hotels.com said they were going to charge me !5 Euros and charged 60.00 The reception lousy, bad treatment, rushing to pay and they do not speak English or Spanish or Portuguese, which are the languages I speak. The bathroom of the room with the smell of drainage. the shower failing a lot to come out very hot went down to very cold On the Hotels.com it said that there was a safe and a hairdryer and there was none of that. The breakfast is expensive and only give bread, juices and coffee, the worst. The location is very bad, away from everything and the very expensive taxis to take you to the train station. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL
